I purchased a 2026 M5GPS DHC on the 1st…

I purchased a 2026 M5GPS DHC on the 1st April it arrived with a battery fault which needed changes in the settings, the battery level indicator never worked and after a few weeks the battery would randomly cut out! I did the software update as advised and the battery level indicator started to randomly go from 80% to 5% on every hole so I never knew if the trolley would finish a round. My dealer returned the trolley for me and after 3 weeks I was told I would have to wait a further 4 weeks for a replacement trolley! I said this was unacceptable and requested a replacement 2025 M5 DHC as I thought I would not experience the same issues with a 2025 model trolley. After much chasing it arrived on Thursday last week and once again I have a battery issue as even when the battery is fully charged it is showing as low charge on the GPS head.
I have now requested through my supplier that I can go to collect a trolley from Stansted which has been fully tested and works correctly.
I hope to be able to give a positive outcome to this very very frustrating and disappointing situation.
I will keep you informed.

We ordered a control box for S1 cart

We ordered a control box for S1 cart, the picture showed a three cord control box, we received a 4 cord, called for return - no they wouldn’t accept a return, they said speak to their technical team, they have a work around for the extra cord issue. Couldn’t get through to them, multiple emails and calls , nothing. Terrible company, now we have to buy a new cart , never will buy motocaddy again

Bought their most expensive m7 gps remote trolley as fathers day gift. Defective Battery, does not charge, emailed and told settings need changing, did not work, told to connect to WiFi and update, tried about 50 times. After 10 days had to return it and hoping to get money back 🤞

Unreliable product and non existent…

Unreliable product and non existent warranty support.

I purchased an M5 Connect trolley in August 2024, due to personal circumstances I only used the trolley once and it was all good. I then had to store the trolley until May of this year. I followed the Motocaddy instructions for storing the trolley which was in my garage.

When I came to use the trolley again everything seemed fine after charging, everything came up on the display and battery showed full charge.

I then disconnected the battery ready to use it the next day. When I reconnected the battery the display booted up but on pushing the drive button the trolley jumped forward and the display went blank. Trolley was dead.

I contacted Motocaddy who suggested I contact the local service agent which I did. The service agent said he couldn't look at the trolley for three weeks but would contact me when he could pick it up ( apparently he passes my house reguarly).

I decided to wait rather than drive to another town as Motocaddy suggested as an alternative.

After waiting over three weeks with no contact I tried calling but his phone (mobile number) is switched off.

When I checked on the service area of the Motocaddy website this service has "not available during July" marked against them!

I have used this trolley once and it has failed Motocaddy have refused to replace it and getting any service support from Motocaddy seems virtually impossible.

I feel I have wasted my money on an unreliable product from a company with non existent support!

It's how things are dealt with when a product fails that you can judge a company. Motocaddy fall woefully short.

Very poor customer service

After reading previous reviews, I can't believe it's the same company having referenced quick issue resolution times and excellent customer service, however that's not what i'm experiencing from Motocaddy.

Took delivery of a new M Tech trolley in June. On set up, it was clear that there was a software issue and having spoke to Motocaddy, they confirmed this sounded like a known fault that needed a software update.

the unit was collected on 15th June and returned to Motocaddy - 16 days later it is still awaiting inspection and i'm told that there is a 1-2 week backlog.

Tried to escalate and told that the process is the process.

I dont expect to receive a £1350 trolley and have to wait over a month for a resolution when it has never been used.

whilst individually everyone i've mailed and spoken to are quick to respond and understanding, (i'm not knocking anyone individually) there appears nobody in the building concerned that a month is a long time to do an exchange on a brand new premium product. At one stage yesterday when escalating this and i explained that a month is too long, I was told "it is what it is a there's nothing i can do"

stuck this time unfortunately having lost a lot of the summer already but i'd think twice about purchasing their products again based on this experience and there isn't a day over the last 2 weeks i haven't wished id bought the Powakaddy alternative.

Don't like leaving reviews like this - as a business owner i wouldn't want 1 star reviews for the sake of it but i can't rate my experience any other way im afraid - i accept things go wrong and indeed, would have been ok with 1-2 weeks but its taken them over 2 weeks to book it into their warehouse after collection?!?. This simply is not good enough.

Replacement Cover for Cube trolley

I had bought a cover for my cube trolley and the zip had come away from the cover. Rang Motocaddy and Bethany dealt with my return . Asked for a pic and proof of purchase. All sorted within 2 hours , new cover on way FOC. Great service from Bethany and Motocaddy

Purchased a Z1 push trolley, one of my wheels snapped, contacted Moto caddy, they sorted it straight away. no fobbing off, a pleasure to deal with. Zena you are a star.

Brought a GPS remote motocaddy

Brought a GPS remote motocaddy. Contacted support with a mapping issue regarding hole indexing. After a dozen emails and a couple phone contacts with support Australia. They could not fix the issue and suggested I contact iGolf who produce the mapping. No help or response from Igolf. Tried emailing CEO at Motocaddy London for help with the issue. No help or replies from him also. Hence my one star for their support.
