Vi boede på Mitsis Grand Rhodos by i uge 26 2023.
Rejsen var booket gennem Spies . Solgt som 5 Stjernet super luksus tur, vi var 16 personer heraf 6 børn fra 2 til 12.
Værelserne svar ikke noget særligt.
Vi havde all inklusive, buffeten var ikke noget særligt og slet ikke i nærheden f 5 stjerner.
Vi havde 6 børn med , vandet i poolen er pissekoldt og aldeles uegnet for børn, begge pools er så dybe at selv for høje voksne er der for dybt.
Vi vil aldrig besøge hotellet igen, det er fuldstændig uegnet for børnefamilier.

Amazing service, kind people and they provide everything you could possibly need!

6 dejlige restauranter samt buffet, mange lækre drinks der bliver lavet fra bunden af. På værelset er der morgenkåbe og tøfler køleskabet bliver fyldt op hver dag på badeværelset var der hårprodukter og cremer. Gratis solvognen på stranden. Meget søde og smilende som venlig personale. virkelig et dejligt hotel som varmt anbefales og vi helt sikkert vil besøge igen.

the best holiday hotel i’ve ever been on , all the staff are so pleasant , the hotel is beautiful , the staff are honestly amazing especiallyKiki , Thodoris, Basilis, Georgia the night time bar staff at the rhodes hotel , i want to say an extra thank you to them for making our experience much more pleasurable. definitely book with them you won’t regret it !!

Blue Domes. Food selection, room service and entertainment and poolside waiters are superb.

Sadly dining including Italian restaurants service is horrendous. It is table service albeit it all inclusive you need to get served at your dining or bar table. Sadly this is difficult and the service is so poor all night you have been treated well if served twice. The team in the restaurant do not smile and are also run off their feet again getting a refill is near impossible.

Would I recommend yes. Hoping the feedback helps improve the service

Mitsis Blue Domes, Kos.
We were originally booked into Mitsis family beach hotel, but just 2 days before our trip we were informed that due to a technical problem we were to be upgraded to Blue Domes.
We had a fantastic holiday, everything went perfectly from our booking in, to our final day.
Difficult to comment without feeling like an unpaid advert for Broadway but anyway here goes.
The room (111) was perfect overlooking the complex with a sea view. It had everything we required.
We have only had such good food on a buffet once before, all the meals had loads of very tasty varied choices, we can only give our compliments to the Chefs. The specialty restaurants we used were of a very high standard and made you feel really special.
All of the reception staff could not have been more helpful, each one great in their own way, impossible to chose a "best person".
Our main waiter who my wife thinks was named "Enaldo" and I think "Renaldo", seemed to anticipate our every need, he was quick, pleasant and efficient.
The buggy driver who took us to our room and drove us around at times, gave his name as George was such a very friendly pleasant guy, the other drivers were also nice but we did not get their names.
The cleaners were quick, efficient and again very pleasant.
Every staff member we had dealing with were efficient, pleasant and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, a special mention to the Bar staff and the guy who ran the American grab and go our favourite afternoon stack place.
We hired a car at the Hotel for the day which was a little expensive but was fully insured, again it just worked out exactly as we wanted.
We also had a day trip to a volcanic island from the Hotel a great day out and our only meal away from the Hotel.
The Hotel complex was clean, well laid out and stylishly decorated and appeared to run seamlessly, if one very minor negative comment was the lack of W/C on the restaurant/reception level, not a problem but would have been convenient.
The weather started a little cool, but improved with out getting too hot, if like us you prefer temp around 20 to 25 degs, this is the best time of the year.
All in all, this holiday has managed to equal our holiday in Egypt which we thought could not be done.

Just stayed in Mitsis Norida beach Kos. Beautiful resort lots of hard working staff. If you book anything in cash GET A RECEIPT! I paid for a 3 island cruise in cash at reception. On day of cruise they called me off the coach asking for payment, obviously I told them I had paid. I was questioned 3 times about it over a few days. I had booked late checkout through concierge on app which you have to pay on final day, it does not state if available. When I went to pay they said we couldn’t have it and we had to go and pack our things in few minutes and leave room as we were going on a last day trip. Don’t know a sort of revenge for payment problem. I paid for 3 trips and only was given 1 receipt. As I said the resort is beautiful and has a lot of hard working lovely staff. This event spoiled our stay we felt reception staff were different with us after event

Just back from a stay at Summer Palace, Kos.
Cannot praise the staff enough, especially Billy, whose poolside service throughout our stay was exceptional.
Although it isn't an adult only resort, probably isn't suitable for children as they only have the infinity pools and an indoor pool without any slides etc. that tend to entertain families.
Also if you are looking for lively nightlife, this isn't the place for you. Personally, this is exactly what we look for when we go away.
However, Kardmeina Town is just a €12 taxi ride away - reception are very helpful in calling taxis on your behalf. There are a wide choice of bars, shops & restaurants there if you want a night out. We found an amazing traditional restaurant just a short walk from the taxi rank - Avli's. Can't recommend it enough!
We stayed in one of the original, more traditionally Greek rooms with an ocean view. Again, we preferred these rooms rather than the newer contemporary rooms.
We will definitely be returning here as this is honestly the place we have loved being at every second of our stay.

We stayed at the Mitsis Rodos Village Beach Hotel & Spa in Kiotari. There were both pros and cons to our stay. The pros being that the hotel was designed lovely and the cleanliness was at a high standard. Our room was cleaned to an excellent standard daily and our mini bar restocked every other day. As well as this, the private beach was gorgeous and was only a very short distanced walk. All the staff were lovely at the beach bar and pizza oven, always smiling and provided very quick service! The water sports nearby was great, we loved every minute of them! Our favourite place from the whole stay was by far the Crêperie, one staff member in particular (Makis) was amazing, he always made us feel so welcome and made the most amazing crepes! Also, the staff at the cocktail bar made lovely drinks and were very kind to us, however the queues to both bars were long most of the time and you could be waiting a good while. They could do with more staff working at the bar or another bar in general, as we heard many complaining about this! One of the main downsides to our stay was that certain staff members wasn’t very friendly or approachable. We felt awkward at times and was made to feel very out of place. We was almost offended in a way, and got the impression younger couple weren’t as respected. Overall the value for money was more than fair, just a few changes would make a massive difference to the hotel. We just want younger people to be aware of this.

I stay at mitsis grand Hotel rhodes the rooms are out dated wall paper peeling the room we had was out back had bars and clubs never got a good night sleep hotel had a power surge no back up power for a couple of hours which was wrong I complained to love holidays never got a response so would be using that holiday company

Geweest 12 dagen in mitsis cretan village beach. Goede service. Goed eten en een top animatie team

Me and my family checked in at Cretan Village Beach Resort in Crete, on the 29th of March for 7 nights.
All staff were very polite, including the cleaners. The location was wonderful, and the beach was within walking distance!
The little shop on the resort, right next to the pool tables was great and staff in there were so friendly and talkative.

Though we were a little disappointed by the lack of food choices, especially if you have younger children, who are fussy at meal times! Also they did not have any food labels listed, which can be a problem for people with any allergies or vegetarians.
On multiple occasions when going to help ourselves to the drink machines, they had ran out or broken 😞
When going up to the drinks bar, cocktails were mainly ice and no drink and beer was mainly foam / froth!
Towards the end of our holiday, our 4 month old baby was very ill, with a slight temperature. When asking about the air conditioning to be switched on to cold, the reception staff told my partner that they could not do that because it was only set to have on warm at that time of year! They didn't offer another solution unfortunately, so we did have a very upset baby until we came home and saw the doctors.

Also when speaking to the concierge team about any trips that were available, they didn't have much information or knowledge on what they had. They informed us to look at the brochure online. Didn't feel very helpful, so we didn't bother to do any trips!

Overall we did enjoy the holiday but there definitely could be improvements😊

Staff were amazing, polite and so accommodating! Brilliant food! Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this hotel chain after 3 visits. Beautiful locations, good food, (generally) kind and hard working staff and great value for money. I always have Mitsis in mind when planning a holiday to Greece.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Hotel in late May 2022 and it was an experience of a lifetime. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the stunning rooms to the delicious cuisine, but what truly made it exceptional was the staff.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine care from the entire team. The staff at Mitsis Hotel were exceptional, and their passion for their work was evident in every aspect of my stay.

Panagiotis, the restaurant manager, was exceptional in his role. He handled bookings and reservations in the most professional way, and his team was incredible. Jonny, who worked at the restaurant, was a standout. He was incredibly efficient, attentive, and friendly, making me feel like a VIP every time I sat at his table. Mixalis, who ran the pool bar, was another exceptional member of staff. He was not only talented in his craft but also incredibly personable, making my time at the bar a highlight of my stay.

Andreas, who worked at the main bar, was another standout. He made me feel welcomed and valued every time I stopped by for a drink. Gregory, who took over the restaurant at night, was an exceptional host. He made sure every aspect of my dining experience was perfect, and his commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.

Markos and Anastasa, who worked at the steakhouse, were also exceptional. They were knowledgeable about their work, passionate about the cuisine they served, and their expertise made my meals even more enjoyable. Last but not least, there was Stefanos Koutsakis, the food and beverages manager. He was the ultimate professional, with an exceptional level of hospitality, generosity, and expertise. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was unforgettable, and his dedication to his work and passion for hospitality were truly exceptional.

The rooms at Mitsis Hotel were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning sea views that made waking up every morning a joy. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room was impressive, with luxurious linens and thoughtful amenities that made my stay even more comfortable.

The food at Mitsis Hotel was simply divine. The chefs used only the freshest ingredients, and the presentation was always impeccable. The breakfast buffet, the steakhouse, and the fish restaurant were all exceptional, with every dish carefully prepared and expertly crafted.

In summary, Mitsis Hotel provided me with an unforgettable and luxurious experience, from the exceptional staff to the beautiful rooms, delicious cuisine, and generous hospitality of Stefanos Koutsakis. I highly recommend Mitsis Hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable vacation.

Third time to Mitsis. Great staff, great food, fab beach and general facilities. Let down by a room that needed maintenance and updating. Not a 5 star room. Staff tried to help but couldn’t find a room that was any better for four of us. Would go back to Mitsis but not to Rodos Maris.

Stayed at Mitsis Faliraki on Rhodes Island in May 2022.
Booked as a last minute holiday. This resort has far exceeded my expectations.
The food was consistently good and did not taste cheap. Most of the food in the resort was cooked fresh and available round the clock. Drinks were all inclusive and also premium.
The staff were all friendly and the resort is one of the best in the area. They even had a creche near the pool area with staff on site to look after your children and do activities.

The room was good but could have been a bit better. It was a little basic but it did everything it needed to.
We would love to go back!

This hotel was part of our package with Imagine Cruising. Our luxury garden room has a view of a crumbling derelict hotel and floodlights of the tennis court. We are celebrating our honeymoon but imagine Cruising haven't mentioned this to the hotel. We have a very late departure and have been quoted €40 for a late check out and quite frankly think this is excessive on top of what we have paid for our honeymoon holiday!

The staff are all lovely but the rep if course has yet to appear in reception!

We have family who are gold club members and they are quite shocked at our treatment.

But the sun is shining....

Fantastisk personale med super service. God underholdning om aftenen fra 21-23. Alt er rent og pænt - meget personale. Flot buffe. Voksenhotel. Alt er gratis også rene liggestole på stranden.

Stayed at the Blue Domes resort at Mitsis hotels and absolutely loved everything about it. The staff work incredibly hard, the service is outstanding and the food everywhere is stunning! The surroundings are stunning and the rooms are fantastic. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip so enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Andreas and Angelo. Will definitely be returning to this place!
