Hotels Stafftraveler Arvostelua 

We had booked a hotel reservation for 1 night in Munich Germany , but when we arrived at the hotel front desk, they didn’t have a reservation for us, and the booking number wasn’t even in their system. That’s because Stafftraveler had booked a completely different hotel in the UK… we were put on hold three times for 20-30 minutes at a time. When we called back nothing happened and they said they would check and call back in 20 minutes. Nothing happened.

Eventually after two and a half hours they finally redirected our reservation and we got the right hotel. It worked at last, but come on.. this should have taken 30 min tops not 2,5 hours…

Do not trust their hotel deals! I booked a hotel through StaffTraveler and they cancelled my reservation just 2 weeks before my trip due to "overbooking." When I contacted customer support for help or a relocation, they just ignored my situation and hid behind their "Terms and Conditions," leaving me completely stranded without accommodation. They take no responsibility for the partners they promote. Terrible customer support and a complete lack of empathy for airline crews. Avoid booking hotels here!

I had a very concerning experience with hotels.stafftraveler.com and feel others should be warned.

I booked a hotel room that was clearly advertised as being 111 sqm, and I was charged a higher price based on that large room size. However, when I directly contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation before arrival, I was told the actual room size was only 50 sqm — less than half of what was advertised.

In other words, I was being charged a premium price for a much smaller, cheaper room than what was promised. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable.

Fortunately, I verified with the hotel in advance, and I was able to cancel the booking before arrival, avoiding a major financial loss. But this could easily happen to other travelers who don’t double-check.

⚠️ My advice: Always confirm directly with the hotel if you use this site — or better yet, stay away entirely. Based on my experience, the listing information cannot be trusted.
