Hôtel tout neuf et plein de charme au sein d'un quartier vivant, agréable et très bien desservi. Toute l'équipe est dévoué au client et les infrastructures comme la salle de sport ou encore celle de repassage, bien pensées. Enfin, le petit déjeuner sous la véranda est bien étonnant.

Often need to go through the booking process twice as the first attempt does not result in a successful booking.

Inputting the Billing address can be problematic (refusing to able input), and often is not share/supplied to the Hotel so it make it rather pointless to ask in the first place.

I have booked the hotel and today i get a mail i.e. my hotel is cancelled without any reason. Even i have not given any cancellation request of myhotel.

Worst customer service.i had two reservation.first i canceled free of charge,although the hotel charge my credit card.the second resevation with free services i didn,t become.worst reservlation site i've ever tried.

Had a few glitches with trying to reserve a room using Iphone App, emailed HRS 2 days ago but as yet no response, logged on via laptop, found same room at higher price, but had enough messing around so just booked via laptop.

You ask to be made aware of problems, but you don't get back to customers in a timely manner

Excellent hotel travel site! I have used them frequently when traveling to Germany and have always been happy with their service!

Waiting to get connect to HRS hotline service is min 7~10 min, which is too bad and too wrost. Need to improvise on handling the cancellation issues and timely communication.

HRS gave me access to some hotels that would have been difficult to book otherwise, however, the searching feature was not intuitive. As I searched, I had to use other websites to figure out what locations I wanted and what the names of towns were. Overall, it was an average experience.

Just one thing credit card details were not put through immediately and this happened on two separate bookings - possibly a security measure on the company's part, but a little concerning for the customer.

During my booking I had the issue with a Credit Card. Fixing it was not good - I called HRS support and the operator asked me to give all the credit card details through on the call. Before the call I've been informed that the call is recorded. This means that my complete credit card data would be voice recorded and I don't know who would have access to that. How can you call it secure?
There are so many solutions on the market which can allow you to securly update credit card data.

dear HRS - please fix that, as it totally damages your good image that I had about you. You are cool except of that

Het enige nadeel voor zakenlijke boekingen is dat er geen extra voordeel is voor de werknemer.
Mijn werkgever profiteert van de gunstige prijzen, mijn voordeel is alleen het gemak.
Ik zou hier graag een spaarsysteem ala tankstations zien.

Through no fault of my own or HRS, there was a problem with the hotel booking I made. The customer service of HRS was brilliantly helpful and kind, and produced a good solution to the problem. I'm very grateful.
