We had to wait very long before being served in the restaurant even it was not crowded. Staff at the reception was u friendly - especially in DON MARKO

SIMPLY GREAT!!!

I was trying to book a room at The Watergate Hotel in D.C. for last tuesday and only 2 days in advance. Nobody seemed to have anything available, not Expedia, not Orbitz, not Hotels.com, not even the hotel. It looked like mission impossible. I do not know how HRS crossed my search.
I was super lucky. I was able to book the room and the price was half of what others were charging. HRS you saved the day big time.

Thanks so much HRS. Looking forward for more hotel bookings.

When I ask for invoice instead of …

When I ask for invoice instead of credit card it doesn´t work. And the booking confirmation it is "pay by credit card".

thank you for your message.

Regarding your booking, you make a booking for self payment and not with invoice. Some hotels do this but not all hotels.
You have to ask before arrival is is possible to pay like this kind of form.

J'ai juste regretté de temps en temps …

J'ai juste regretté de temps en temps de ne pouvoir évaluer l'hôtel à cause de problèmes techniques, surtout quand l'hôtel n'a pas répondu à mes attentes ( de mémoire une fois cela a été le cas) .

Great Site

I had no problems making Reservations using this site and I have definitely recommended it to others. I have used the site twice and both times the price of the hotels I made reservations at were both lower than other sites.

Hotel Villa Opéra Drouot

I made a booking at Hotel Villa Opéra Drouot thro' HRS for Jun 21st check in. The room offered had no air conditioning and the response from the desk was very close to being rude. Definitely will not recommend this property.

Great Hotel Seach Site

Great Hotel Seach Site! I have used HRS as my primary hotel search engine for a decade now. While I try other sites from time to time, I keep returning to HRS, esp. for European travels, as I find they frequently (1) offer bargains other sites don't, (2) have a wider selection of hotels that interest me, (3) have excellent search and mapping tools.
