We booked a hotel room for 4 and got a duoble room

We booked a hotel room for 4. 2 adults and 2 children. We wrote age of a children and a room was for 4. Whan we arrived at the hotel, the recepcionist told us that we have a double room and need to pay extra for two beds. We wrote that to HRS but never got ansvered. So we are finished with that cheaters.

Prenotazione sbagliata

Ho prenotato una camera per 3 persone in un hotel, arrivo in hotel e scopro che la prenotazione a loro era arrivata da 1 sola persona, quindi mi sono trovato a pagare di più.

Siamo leti di aiutarvi con sua richiesta. La prenotazione per 3 persone è stata, dopo la verifica, correttamente trasmessa all'hotel. Certo, vogliamo evitare di dover pagare il costo aggiuntivo. Vi preghiamo di inviarci la fattura o l'estratto bancario con la carica del suo soggiorno presso il Parco de 'Medici Residence-Hotel, indicando il numero di prenotazione. Al ricevimento, cercheremo immediatamente una soluzione.

This is the worst company you an ever imagine , they are good to steal !

They can lie to you for a days and days and blame Hotels for everything . They are very bad . Do not book with them .

HRS needs to review hotels it recommends…

HRS computer did not interact with hotel - had to speak to Customer Service - John - who spoke with Maya in Reservations - before reservation was found.

HRS might reconsider this hotel in the future - none of the services were available - no pool, gym, game room, cafeteria (no food available) no parking spaces (had to park illegally). No power due to hurricane - no fridge (was off for 2 of the 3 days). Floors were slippery and wet due to water seeping under doors - waited 2 hours in reservation line - and 2 hours for buffet - and then turned away due to "no food".

Requested refund and was only offered a $50 discount for all three days.

Gemakkelijk een hotel geboekt

Gemakkelijk een hotel geboekt. Vlak daarna moesten we de boeking een dag verschuiven i.v.m. een afspraak. Ook dat ging soepel via de optie "wijzigen".

Quick and efficient

My first experience of hotel reservation (Przemysl, Poland) was very successful. The company works very efficiently, and prices are competitive. I made my next reservation yesterday and got very prompt confirmation. Hope everything will be OK.

Hotel in Paris booked but not received by the hotel

we booked a hotel in Paris via your website, the reservation number is 188638236, but when the guest check-in, hotel told him that they didn't receive the booking !

Finally the guest have to pay a higher rate to get the room - total EUR348 !

This is unacceptable we will launch the complaint and request for claim back !

Nice hotel reservation site, very easy to navigate through. Perfect hotel descriptions with locations on maps and need to know information such as distance to local transportation, city center and landmarks.

A very satisfied user.

I have used the HRS portal and its predecessor for tours in Europe since 1998 and am a very satisfied customer. It can usually find a hotel that meets my requirements at an acceptable price and the odd very few problems have been resolved efficiently and quickly. The website provides all the information I require and searching and booking are quick and easy. Some of my favourite hotels are not listed but otherwise it is my first choice to find new lodging places.

Recommendation of HRS

I live in the USA. HRS.de was recommended to me by a German girlfriend I will visit soon in Germany. She is a business woman and a TV personality in Germany. She told me she uses HRS all the time to book hotels (and other things too). So, I used HRS for the first time myself. The website worked just fine...1. offered up lots of different hotels (with complete details on each) in the cities I intend to visit soon, 2. enabled me to immediately book, 3. sent me a detailed confirmation of the booking, etc. I have used Booking.com and Expedia.com before...and HRS is just as good as either of them.

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!!
Four of my friends had already booked a room before I decided to come on the trip with them. I had thought the hotel would not be able to fit 5 people in one room so I had booked a room on my own through HRS at the same hotel my friends were staying at. After calling the hotel, I spoke with a wonderful/informative gentleman and he booked us a larger room free of charge. I asked how I go about cancelling my reservation and they said to get in contact with HRS on my own. After speaking with the HRS rep, he said he would call the hotel to get this all figured out since I had booked a room that was technically non-refundable. 10 minutes later, my room was cancelled free of charge. Would recommend this website to everyone! They are highly understanding and I am 100% satisfied.
