To be avoided at all costs!!!!!

This booking agency is to be avoided like the plague — we will never ever use such a poor service again in the future.
We have been the victims of an overbooking due to HRS in Portugal — having booked a hotel one week in advance, we got a call from them at 5pm on the day of our reservation to tell us that the hotel was overbooked. No solution was offered to us other than a hotel in Spain (!) or a hotel in Portugal 2hrs away.
Where it gets worse, is that HRS didn’t offer to book this hotel for us, but asked for our credit card to make the booking … at a price of 1200£ vs a cost of 400£ for our initial booking.
The agent on the phone thought it was absolutely reasonable for us to spend 3x the initial amount …
This absolute lack of customer service and willingness to help is what makes this company worthless. Please avoid them at all costs!

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM HRS

WARNING! NEVER accept any bookings from HRS for Corporate accommodation if you are an accommodation provider.

I am an Airbnb host. HRS corporate booked my entire house on behalf of Youi insurance in November 2020 to Feb 2021. The guests were drug addicts and absolutely trashed my house leaving a bill total estimated in excess of $39,000. HRS did not return my calls and emails for 2 weeks, and when I threatened to report them, they callec and simply denied responsibilities and washed their hands clean of any responsibilities. They passed the buck to their client Youi insurance, who of course refused to take any responsibilities. HRS then told me to go after Youi insurance and the guests myself as it's not their problem "they're only an agent". Yet, I don't have the details of either Youi contact person and the guests as HRS did not reveal to me. In a way, the model of HRS business is "we'll happily profiteer from your properties and businesses but if something bad happens, it's not our responsibilities because we're just the booking agent. You'll have to deal with the guests yourself, and we wouldn't care less about leaving you in the dark to protect our own business and you can foot the damages bill and deal with the hassles of chasing after HRS clients yourself if you want". What a perfect business model!

HRS from the beginning lied about the "identity" of the guests staying at our place that they are "Youi employees on a business trip". In fact, the guests are NOT Youi employees on a "business trip". They are drug addicts, rude and have absolutely no respect for anybody.

If this was a normal Airbnb request, I would have rejected the guests based on the rude manner they came across, but I didn't have a chance in this case to interact with the guests BEFORE the booking was confirmed. By then, it was too late.

I thought I could trust a corporate booking through HRS. I was wrong and have to pay a DEAR price for it.

I sincerely warn people and hotels to STAY AWAY from HRS and Airbnb corporate bookings. They're not worth your while it at all. Guests and HRS clients think they can hide behind the corporate veil to protect their identity and don't have to deal with the repercussions of the damages. This is unethical and corrupt at its worst.

Again

It's a shame I can not score 0 for this service!!
Again, we are a hotel who needs payments for a guest that stayed in our property. We have attempted to contact the guest / booker via email and by phone with no luck, HRS attempted to contact the guest / booker also several times with no success.
I think it is appalling that HRS could not provide the card details for the booker as it was booked via your platform and a fax came through via your platform.

Can this be escalated to a department that can help with this

A l'attention de tout les hôteliers

Nous sommes un hôtel partenaire Logis Lion d'Or Manzac sur vern. Nous avons reçu un client de leur part. Il a passé un bon séjour. Nous devions récupérer la somme de sa prestation à HRS et là impossible... Impossible de récupérer les coordonnées bancaires pour la VAD, Impossible de joindre l'assistance téléphonique pour les hoteliers... A fuir....Nous avons effectué la prestation, le client a payé HRS, mais l'hôtelier qui l'a effectué ne peut se faire payer!!!!

It’s a shame I cannot give zero.

A shame I cannot give zero.

We own a guest hotel and every time they book guests in they do not show and the credit card they supply to guarantee for the booking shows as invalid. We are living in tough time’s and a small business and can not afford to have this kind of behaviour as we could have sold these rooms. Please Avoid and please no generic reply. Pay your hoteliers and answer your emails.

Avoid this booking service- plenty more fish in the sea!

I booked on 30 Jan via "Ryanrooms", Ryanair's service. On arrival at 2330 on the 22 Feb, the hotel was closed for renovations.
Ryanair said I had to deal with HRS; not their responsibility.
HRS haven't even replied to my email.

Arrivano solo prenotazioni false dal…

Arrivano solo prenotazioni false dal sito di hrs, spesso dovuti a motivo di visto come dicono dal dall center. Se gestite un hotel questo sito non serve a niente, pessimo.

In relazione alla risposta fornitami da HRS, ricordo ai signori che é obbligatorio da parte loro effettuare i giusti controlli su dati di carte di credito e relativi nominativi della prenotazione. Inoltre il portale così facendo occupa indebitamente camere senza offrire alcun risarcimento agli albergatori..

La carta di credito funge da garanzia per il fornitore e può quindi essere addebitata dal fornitore per un risarcimento. Se i dettagli della carta di credito non sono corretti, è possibile effettuare la cancellazione.
Al fine di prevenire l'uso improprio del portale Internet, l'agente si riserva il diritto di annullare una prenotazione se non è possibile una query sotto i dettagli di contatto o il fornitore rifiuta la prenotazione a causa di frequenti mancate presentazioni. In questi casi non esiste il diritto all'alloggio.
Ci scusiamo per i problemi riscontrati con le prenotazioni fraudolente e cercheremo di migliorare il nostro servizio.

Bonjour, j'ai réservé avec hrs Hotel en Italie Rome un hôtel sale dans un quartier horrible Et si c'était que ça ! , jamais rien au petit-déjeuner ils nous impressionne avec des photos mais c'est faux et je vous dis lequel c'est l'hôtel: urban Garden Hôtel Roma Rebibbia ,des toilettes étroite il ne faut pas être gros pour y rentrer je leur ai envoyé des photos des preuves, ils me répondent qui sont désolé pour le gène mais ils ont jamais eu de plainte sur cet hôtel. Je suis sidéré par leur réponse et leur indifférence avec des photos ou on voyait de la saleté dans un carreau avec un morceau de papier toilette j"ai ramasser de la saleté noir plein de poils de saleté je leur envoyer des photos avec nous dans les toilettes avec la porte qui ne se fermait pas si on ne rentrait pas derrière la porte où il y avait la tasse la lunette de la tasse des toilettes cassées il fallait faire attention quand on allait aux toilettes il y a des photos il y a des preuves je raconte pas n'importe quoi! je leur envoyer des photos de tout ça parce que quand je les ai appelé ils m'ont dit madame envoyez-moi un mail avec des photos et puis il me réponde comme si de rien n'était!la moisissure dans cette chambre. je peux comprendre qu'il y a des gens peut-être qui ne
sont pas trop satisfait qui se plaignent mais là ils ont des preuves des photos donc je déconseille fortement ce site de recherche pour l'hôtel.

Incompetent and unprofessional. Zero stars.

The worst service I've ever had from any online booking service, avoid using this company at all costs. A "guaranteed" booking made in November was changed 3 months later to a hotel 16km away from the initial one. Why? "The original booking has no availability". After 3 months. No phone call, no apology, just a perfunctory e-mail. It took me 3 e-mails to cancel the new booking. Absolutely hopeless, a disgrace. Use a serious company instead. You have been warned.

After learning about the problem from the hotel we immediately tried to contact you. We couldn't reach you by phone, so we sent an email with the option to book an alternative hotel, which we found for you, and asking you to call us as soon as possible. We didn't change your original booking at all and wouldn't do something like that without your permission.

Review from a hotel worker

I work in a hotel where some of the reservations are carried out by HRS. All I can say is that 99% of the reservations made by them are wrong, that is either the company name, the credit card does not work, the name of the guest is wrong, you name it.
I don´t know if their workers are just lazy or what´s the problem with this platform, but it would doubtlessly be my last option if I were to make a reservation.

Hotel in Reims

Meine Tochter war im Juli in einem Hotel in Reims. Gebucht war 1 DZ ohne Frühstück. Angereist ist aber nur 1 Person. Wurde bei Ankunft sofort mitgeteilt. Der Betrag für das DZ wurde korrekt abgebucht. Eine Woche später dann der Hammer. Das Hotel hat nachträglich für 2 Personen Frühstück abgebucht ( 94,00 €).
Seit Mitte Juli geht es per Mail und Telefon hin und her. Man wird immer nur vertröstet
Dann kommt ein Anruf, dass das Geld von HRS überwiesen wird. Gott sei Dank dachte ich. Tage später wird per Mail mitgeteilt, dass das Geld schon überwiesen und die Angelegenheit damit erledigt.
Es ist richtig, dass HRS 88,00 € überwiesen hat, aber nur weil das Hotel zwei Tage vorher nochmal 88,00 € abgebucht hat. 94,00 €
stehen aber immer noch offen.
Warum kann HRS nicht kulanterweise die 94,00 € überweisen, obwohl feststeht, dass das Hotel betrogen hat.
Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

NON AFFIDATEVI A QUESTO SITO!

Prenotiamo in hotel 4 stelle. Arriviamo presso la struttura e nessuna camera era disponibile perché ci è stata venduta una sistemazione "immaginaria". Per fortuna le receptionist ci hanno per fortuna trovato una sistemazione in un vicino hotel. Altrimenti cosa sarebbe successo?!? Mai successa una cosa simile!!!!!

Merkwürdig und Zwiespältig!

Merkwürdig, habe eine detailliert kritische Bewertung für eine HRS Buchung in einem Hotel in Seefeld abgegeben. Mittlerweile sind die nach Datum gelisteten Bewertungen bereits einige Tage jünger als die von mir verfasste, aber meine kritische wird nicht veröffentlicht. Möchte HRS so etwas nicht veröffentlichen?

Terrible Terrible Terrible!

Pathetic experience booking with them, that too for a corporate stay.
A hotel which apparently was refundable turns out has a deadline for refund policy which was not stated anywhere while booking!

I had to make several calls to them to modify my reservation but they were not helpful at all. Everytime I called, I was told they are waiting to hear from the hotel. Terrible Terrible experience.

Stay away and never book through them!!!

Useless!!!

Booked hotel through website for wedding however when we arrived at venue there was no record of our stay. Would never use again!

Salve, la mia valutazione dovrebbe essere sotto lo zero perchè non abbiamo usufruito nemmeno il servizio.

Nella hall dell'albergo mi è stato detto che "Non abbiamo NESSUNA camera per la sua prenotazione, il massimo che posso fare è chiamare negli albeghi vicino che conosco (?) e chiedere (?) se hanno disponibilità. Così ha fatto, e mi ha indirizzato senza pensare due volte all'indirizzo che ha scritto a mano sul mio stampato di prenotazione. Per fortuna dovevamo pagare in albergo senza anticipo e che...non ha servito piu'....Ma il servizio ERA PESSIMO!!!!

Awful service

Awful service. They sent me an e-mail saying that my card was not valid (fact: it was and still is) and that I needed to get back to them within 48 hours not to lose my reservation. I did get back to them, they never replied until 48h after their first email, to tell me that my reservation was cancelled because I never got back to them (!!!!). And the only way to reach them other than the e-mail which they obviously flatly ignore is via phone - of course a paid service. I will never ever book a hotel through them again in my life.
I can't even make a new one because the hotel has no availability anymore, so one day before my arrival I have to look for another place to stay.
