Booked a holiday through Aer Lingus…
Booked a holiday through Aer Lingus holidays. Turns out click and go are the providers. Given a quote and paid in full up front. Received a call an hour later stating flight had gone up by €180 and I had a choice to cancel the holiday or pay 50% of the increase. No proof provided that the flight had actually gone up in price. Basically didn’t honour my contract. Very disappointing outcome to my complaint so would not use them again

You were contacted by our Holiday Support team and a fair resolution was offered which you happily accepted at the time that we would cover 50% of the €180.00 and you the other. Kind Regards Brian

Thank you John for the review. Were disappointed to read that you found the package you booked far too expensive. When you book a flight and hotel package 3 days before you travel you are going to be paying a much higher air fare than if you had booked weeks or months in advance were the better value will be available. My trips
Always try to book my trips with Aer Lingus. I like to support the Irish airline. My first cousin was a senior transatlantic air hostess back in the day.
I always have a great experience flying with Aer Lingus, from the very pleasant air hostess/stewards to the comfortable seats and the great duty free, I have had to do travel assistance twice and was treated very well.
My daughter and I will be travelling to Orlando for Christmas with Aer Lingus holidays. Really looking forward to the trip.

Exceptional staff
The website is very user friendly. I was unable to organise a Palma airport shuttle to Alcudia as this was a last minute booking. I contacted customer services and spoke to Sabrina/Sabina who was most helpful, she went out of her way to assist despite it being 5:20pm and she processed the entire booking over the phone including the shuttle. I would recommend Holidays with AerLingus to family and friends.
