Hayfield Arvostelua 

Whilst in Worcester, I decided to visit the Hayfield Grove development in Hallow, a development I had seen whilst scrolling Instagram and thought it looked beautiful.

Anita and Louise were so welcoming when we entered the sales office, which in itself was gorgeous, and walked us towards their show home allowing us to take our time walking around at our leisure. It’s one of the most beautifully designed and styled show homes I have ever seen and will definitely be looking out for any new developments popping up more local to me in Birmingham.

A big thank you to Joe and the team at the West Lavington Hayfield Homes site (Hayfield Rise). Super impressed with the quality and attention to detail of the development and Joe spent loads of time showing us around and answering our questions :)

Thank you to Claire and Annabelle for spending the time with us, and showing us around the Showhome at Hayfield Crescent. We were very taken with the Property, but it is just that bit too far out for us, so will not be proceeding with a purchase!
Would be very interested if they build homes nearer to where we already live, and have given our details to that effect - thank you once again!

Speak as you find. The houses are built to a mid-high end specification, with a lot of thought into design and utility. They project "executive success" and are aspirational homes for young families. The eco credentials are good and I would suggest buyers look at battery technology to finish the job.
Customer relations people are knowledgeable and professional and I came away having had a good experience. I'm not buying, but I know something about housing and this developer is not looking to cut every corner, they are looking to deliver a product of some quality.

work was shoddy when we moved in. bathroom wrong way round Toilets not working property. Birds in roof . Customer service don't want to know takes ages to sort anything. Builders turn up randomly. Guttering falling off. Also wrong floor put down which I paid for and covered it up hoping I would not notice. Windows scratched had to be replaced. This was on most of the site. I could go on. Once they have your money they do not want to know.

Fab visit to Hayfield Rise, we live in the village and wanted to see the development due to our daughter doing a school project on the development, Ebony kindly showed us around.

What a difference to other house builders. Definitely a better experience than more mainstream developers. Not for us on this occasion but lovely homes.

If you are contemplating buying a hayfield home then you should take a visit to hayfield green in staton harcourt and see what a horrendous mess they leave you in after promising you a high end development. Absolutely shocking service, the residents here feel as though they have been miss sold and totally taken for a ride. AVOID at all costs!

Ebony was really helpful and showed us around 2 properties including the show home.

From the moment we arrived to visit the show home I just knew we’d found our forever home. The greeting from Kat as she showed us around was faultless and we were made to feel very welcome. Since securing our plot, nothing has been too much trouble for Kat and Ebony. All questions answered thoroughly and promptly. Roll on move in day!

We seriously considered moving to a property at Hayfield Rise but finally decided it was just going to be too small for us. The help, support and friendliness of Ebony and Kat (plus Lauren who we initially spoke with) was exemplary and made bowing out of the process quite a sad one - if we win the lottery we may well be back!!

We made a suprise visit to the Hayfield site at Little Kimble and were welcomed by Annabelle. She showed us the plans and and gave us a tour of the show house.
We don't think that Hayfield will be our next home but their sales staff are polite, welcoming and have product knowledge.

A welcoming smile and informative tour of the show house from Claire left us with a great impression of Hayfield.
We did decide the development was not for us but the help response to our visit was excellent.
And the show house itself? Firstly the house was furnished well but the rooms were small and cramped in our opinion. The impression we had was the house design was trying to punch above its weight, including dining and dressing areas which could have been put to better use. The stairs were steep, twisted and unsuitable for elderly people we felt!
In summary, full marks for sales and marketing, average for house build.

Annabelle and Claire, Sales Managers at the site were helpful and professional. Annabelle showed a keen interest in us as potential buyers and no questions were left unanswered. The opportunity to see the property without being bombarded with information was very helpful as it gave you time to think about what was important to you.

Hayfield have been exemplary throughout my home purchase. My wife and I could not be happier in our new home, thank you to all involved.

Please do not enter into a part exchange deal with Hayfield. Their properties are lovely but the use of a third party company called Move With Us will not provide the peace of mind you would expect from a PX deal. Happy to provide evidence to anyone interested. Just don’t want anyone to have the same experience as us - a phone call at 10am on the morning of completion stating there was an issue! Can you imagine being boxed up and ready to move and then get that call?

If you ever have the misfortune to deal with Suzanna, be prepared to speak with someone ill prepared and willing to misinform to get you out of the office. She told me I had signed to say I would pay and provide a certificate as it was on the part exchange form. This was a complete lie and not so much as an apology.

They currently still have our holding deposit and despite being able to accept money with8n minutes electronically, reckon it takes them 10 working days to give you your money back.

Great if you have no issues, but lacking any customer service when one arises.

One of our biggest regrets is not being able to buy one of the amazing Hayfield homes. An unusual place to start a review! However my wife and I had a wonderful experience with the Hayfield Manor Customer Service Team, Mary and Katie. They were unfailingly professional and immediately responsive. Anyone buying a home at Hayield Manor are in good hands! Fantastic homes as well!

Great customer focus, extensive knowledge, well prepared show home

We moved into our Hayfield homes in Silsoe full of excitement- our home is beautiful, however trying to get Hayfield to complete our snag list has been dreadful, you have constantly have to keep on - they promise to contact you but it takes weeks and then sometimes only after our persistent calling we are now waiting - monthsfor our garden to be sorted - well garden is an understatement- our garden is so boggy that the grass cannot grow - we now live with mostly mud - how can Hayfield say that their aftercare service is exceptional - I would be happy to speak to some of the managers to get my garden sorted so that I can at long last walk in my garden and be proud of it.

We had the immense pleasure of dealing with Ebony And Kat regarding a lovely new property . All I need to say is the experience was fantastic both of them are so friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had. A really amazing experience thank you
