I have tried for three days, leaving messages and phone calls, emails to enquire about a new bungalow in Needham Market Suffolk and no response follow up. The show home is locked and no way of contacting them whatsoever, such a shame…

Very helpful and friendly staff nothing to much trouble

We have just moved into our family home at Venue Fields, and we are in love with the property. It’s a very special purchase for us as first-time buyers and we were keen to be diligent in our process. Meeting Steve and his team, including Wayne and Louise has been so supportive. From the first conversation we felt heard and assured, and comfortable that the team really hold the buyer at the heart of the process, knowing that everything they can do for us in our new house will impact our experience for years to come. Steve has been responsive, friendly and quick to action any minor adjustments. Nothing is too big or too small, and his whole team are incredibly respectful when they visit our property. They have gone above and beyond and been generous with their support and anything they can offer during the moving period and first few weeks – we wish they could stay nearby forever! Thank you to each of you for your part!

The house is beautifully designed, and we are grateful for the care and attention that has been taken to the finishing details and the gardens, which we still notice all the time.

Our journey started with Kaya in the sales office, who was also very generous with her time and took a deep interest in our journey. Knowing that I could call someone even after office hours if need be, made the whole process feel much more personal and we are grateful for that.

We would recommend the site and the developer to any friends, those that have visited have already taken notes. We already feel very settled and delighted with our decision.

We found the home we ended up purchasing from Allison Homes in Thorney at the Abbey Park Development. From beginning to end we have been very satisfied with the whole process. Allison homes were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. The house is fantastic, our absolute dream home! All the small details and layout of the house has been clearly thought through. The after care has been second to none, our aftercare agent Paula has been wonderful. She has answered all questions and been available for support at any time of asking. Even small things like the welcome gift and visit from the site manager after we moved in have made us feel at home very quickly. We have no intention of ever moving again but if we ever did we would be exploring Allison homes without hesitation.

An incredible experience from start to finish. We bought our Alisson Home via Part-Exchange scheme where Annabelle and Sophie both delviered exceptional service from the get-go which made understanding and handling the transaction very easy for us. They were both very attentive to our needs and always responded to any of our enquiries promptly.
After completion, members of the site team George and Burt were exceptional… rectifying an issue we had in no time as well as checking up now and then if everything was going ok and we needed any assistance. Our after sales rep Lou has been fantastic since the handover when it comes to snags and helping with further inquiries we had.
We have nothing but good to say about Alison Homes and the whole team at The Oaks in Norwich. The customer service, house quality, aftercare kits, etc have all been great. We are very happy with our decision!

We had a great experience purchasing our new home on Beaufort gardens in market deeping. All staff have been brilliant from start to finish. In house solicitors were superb also. (We are both mortgage advisors, so have dealt with plenty, but Ison Harrison have been amazing)
Angie on sales has been great, and offered brilliant communication and support.
Chloe (relationship manager) and Grant (site manager) have gone above and beyond. We had a small leak on moving day, and it was resolved within an hour. Grant in particular has been incredible. It’s great to have a site manager who is hands on, and genuinely cares about customers! Couldn’t fault the team at all, and would highly recommend!
The finish with an Allison home is far superior to our previous larkfleet home, and we are very happy! 5 star service!

We had a really positive experience with the site management team at Frampton Gate especially Nick and Paula, which was really important for us as First Time Buyers. Although there were a few snags identified after completion, they handled everything quickly and efficiently, even the ones we discovered ourselves. Their responsiveness was impressive. Paula was very kind-hearted and makes conversations feel so light.

Also Roxy at Sales Team , she’s highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable.

They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, and their attitude truly stood out. It genuinely felt less like dealing with a company and more like being supported by a family. Highly appreciated.

If I could give Allison Homes more than five stars, I would.

This is our third move into a new-build property, and I can say without hesitation that this experience beats the other two with ease. From start to finish, the service we have had hasn't just been professional; it has been a masterclass in how home buying should be.

While the entire team at Beaufort Gardens deserves recognition, we want to extend a massive thank you to Angie, Grant, and Chloe. They were the heartbeat of our move.

Angie made the administrative and sales side feel incredibly personal. We never felt like just another plot number; she was warm, enthusiastic, and ensured nothing was rushed. Every procedure was explained with patience and clarity.

Grant has ensured the transition into the home itself was seamless. Grant is friendly, easygoing and his attention to detail and dedication to the site is evident the moment you walk through the front door. Despite the fact he is often rushing around the site, you feel like you are getting a very bespoke personal service from him.

Chloe is lovely and has been quick to answer any post sale queries we had and arranged for minor work to be carried out far quicker than I would have expected. She gives thorough and thought out explanations to all queries raised.

The house itself is extremely well-built and finished to a high standard. In any new build, you expect a few "snags," but ours were incredibly minor and more importantly, they were sorted almost immediately.

Any queries we raised throughout the build and move-in were responded to with impressive speed.

We opted for the Part Exchange scheme, which can often be a stressful route, but with Allison Homes, the process was smooth running from beginning to end.

The level of care we received felt genuinely personal, the move itself has had a number of little touches which were completely appreciated.

It is rare to find a developer that balances efficiency with such a personal touch. Allison Homes and the team here have set the gold standard for us, and we couldn't be happier in our new home.

We moved into our new home last week, Paula and Michael in particular have been extremely helpful from the minute we met them. Paula has been in contact frequently making sure everything is okay, she delivered a helpful and thoughtful house demo along with going above and beyond when supporting with any requests I have had in the last week. She has responded to my queries very quickly and has always called me to ensure things have been resolved thoroughly which has taken the stress off moving home with two young children. From the minute we moved in Michael has been on hand to answer any questions and solve any minor issues quickly and efficiently. He has also taken the time to come to the house in person a few times to ensure everything is okay and offered great customer service when doing so. Overall they have both supported us with a smooth and calm move in process and we are very impressed.

These 5 stars belong to Rachel Brown, not only did we trust her judgment on viewing plot 250 she reassured us the whole way through, being first time buyers it’s a scary world but if you’re Lucky enough to have Rachel guide you through the process it will be a blast. I cannot express highly enough how wonderful Richard and Chloe have been throughout our move to Kings Meadow. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and truly exceptional customer service have shone through at every stage. They have gone above and beyond at every opportunity, and we could not be more grateful.

Popped into the Wootton Grange Showroom yesterday and met Tania who was very helpful regarding our enquiry to purchase one of the Allison Homes on the estate. All of the options regarding the purchase of the property were clearly explained and we hope to be in touch with her in the near future.
