Walked in and found the shop very welcoming and staff friendly and very knowledgeable offering good advice without obligation and pressure. Listened to our request and questions and able to met our needs satisfactory. We thought Terry was exceptionally professional and helpful with us as customers.

Terry was very attentive yet not pushy. He gave us information and time to try all the mattresses we needed to.

Peter was very good as he let us browse & look at what we wanted but when we needed more information he was readily accessible & was very helpful & let us make up our mind & was not pushy at all . Thank you

Everything from the sales team to the logistics team were professional, helpful and efficient.

The matress is a visprung at a clearance price. 1. Good matress 2. Nigel sales person was friendly and gave good advice 2 very goid price. The let down I paid £120 for delivery no other options were given.. Just that they needed to clear the stock. Taking into account I paid a Transport company £70 to move a hospital bed from Barnet to my house (they are big and very heavy) This was a hired 2 man van The FV site advertised £39 for FV delivery. I did complain ..repliy1 Its £39 if you bought it via the Internet. Reply 2 you signed the contract.... I had previously bought a G plan suite, and recommended FV to a family member who also bought a GPlan suite. I won't be making any recommendations again and FV will now not be the first store I look at for any future purchases .. So beware the delivery charge was excessive and maybe ask for options ?

We had a really positive experience at Furniture Village in Northampton when purchasing our new dining set, sideboard and stool.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They gave us plenty of time to look around without putting any pressure on us, and they were happy to answer all our questions and help us choose the right pieces for our home.

We are very pleased with the quality and style of everything we purchased. The dining set, sideboard and stool all look beautiful and are exactly what we were looking for.

Overall, we were very happy with the service we received and the whole experience from choosing our furniture to making the purchase. We would definitely recommend Furniture Village Northampton and would happily shop there again in the future.

She was so thoughtful and caring, and really understood what I came for. She gave great advice and helped me to make some good purchase decisions. The store is lucky to have her!

I really enjoyed looking at all the dining tables without pushy salesman but the team were always available for advice & information. Nigel was very professional and told us everything we needed to know on the process regarding purchase and delivery. He made our purchasing experience pleasant and it took no time at all.
