Furniture Village - Northampton Arvostelua

Very helpful staff, especially Mo, made the whole buying experience easy. Product quality looks great and good value for money. Just wait and see if delivery schedule is same as promised. Would definitely recommend Furniture Village.

The store was laid out well, and spotlessly clean. We were given time to browse and test the goods, but knew that staff were at hand to give advice. Products were good, prices were reasonable, with lots of variety. When purchasing my new Snuggle Chair, the transaction went well, the staff were very patient and friendly and gave good advice.

A good choice of furniture.
A knowledgeable helpful sales representative.

Friendly customer service

Our sales rep, Irina, was friendly and helpful, we had already decided which table&chairs to go for, but she has made sure to give us the best deal and plenty of details regarding 5 year warranty and how to prep our space for installation. Overall a great experience, looking forward to receiving our dining set.

This was our first time at Furniture Village..
the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Terry Aldridge. The store is lovely and clean and bright.. we were allowed to take our time, we weren’t rushed, or pushed to make a sale.. I would recommend this store to everyone.

The staff were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our purchase. I must also give a shout of thanks to your two delivery drivers they were most kind and thoughtful.

The sales man was very knowledgable. Happy to give us his full attention. Let us take our time choosing the right sofa bed.

Nigel was very helpful,we were looking for table chairs and seating bench for our dinning room.
He moved bench to a table so we could see how it would look against the size of table we wanted.
Nothing was a problem.
Very nice gentleman.
