I had my furniture delivered on Monday 26th March and I can honestly say it was fantastic service from start to finish.
The guys who delivered my furniture were so courteous, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
They unpacked my bedroom furniture very carefully, and they were also very tidy.
Could not fault them at all, just truly outstanding and went far and beyond.
On reading previous reviews for Oakland furniture I was unsure of the service I was going to get but my experience was fantastic.

My partner and I are first time buyers. We’ve searched high and low for all our furniture and have always been drawn back to Oak Furnitureland, not just one store but every store we have visited has shown nothing but quality products. Our last visit to an Oak Furnitureland store was in Drakehouse Retail Park. Here we’d seen a dining room table that we’d seen a few months prior and has been a favourite for a while… Then we met Terry, a real credit to the store and the company. Terry went above and beyond for us during our time spent in the store, moved furniture from downstairs to upstairs so we could get a visual on each product, he was patient, and very knowledgeable, we purchased the dining room table, 3 chairs and a bench. All being delivered next month. Very impressed with how Oak Furnitureland accommodates for a very manageable delivery and assembly process. Following the service provided from Terry we continued our search in the same store on the same visit, again each items explained in great detail to us which I found was very important to us as we have never purchased items like these before. Sofas/storage cabinets and so on. A big thank you again and we will certainly be returning customers.

My first purchase with Oak Furnitureland.
Order process was clear and super easy. Everything went so smoothly and the communication received from the time of placing my order right through to delivery was excellent. I was even offered an earlier delivery than the already excellent 2 weeks delivery date offered at the time of placing my order.
I looked around for months, in stores and online, at all of the usual retailers and some local outlets too, in a bid to find just the right sofa. I had built myself quite a wish list; build quality, comfort and durability, within a reasonable budget, had to be leather (due to my dog’s hair clinging to my current fabric sofa), neutral colour, classic design and then that Goldilocks zone of being not too big and not too small.
They say two out of three isn’t bad but I rather feel like I hit the jackpot when I found the Montgomery 2 seater leather sofa at Oak Furnitureland! It checked all the boxes of my wish list. The dimensions of the sofa are exact and exactly perfect. The quality of the leather is fantastic, buttery soft and premium looking. The camel colour of the sofa is gorgeous, not orange at all more of a subdued mid golden brown like Autumn leaves and it will work with a huge variety of both strong and softer colour palettes. I am thrilled. I unreservedly recommend Oak Furnitureland and I will definitely shop here again.

I am happy with this chair-it is comfortable and was the one I chose in the showroom, though it did take 5 weeks to arrive. Main problem was difficulty of assembling the chair and poor quality fixings provided. I was fortunate to have access to an experienced power-tool user otherwise I would never have been able to assemble it alone. I would advise others to bear this in mind.

Buying the item was straightforward and the sales girl was very informative without being pushy.
The delivery was delayed and therefore other items I had on order had to be delayed (carpet etc) and re-booked.
When the order was delivered it was done quickly and efficiently.
