Stay clear of this company.
Stacey is handling my case and doing a fantastic job for her employer by ignoring my questions and answering whats she wants to answer. It takes several emails over a period of days to weeks to get the answer to simple question.
Finally after months Stacey has confirmed I can have a replacement, they were also kind enough to offer me to keep the sofas for £89 partial refund (sofas cost 3k) and that would not even cover the cost of the damage caused by Emmiera (when they came to fix the issue) let alone the fabric damage the sofas came with. How insulting!!
I've been forced to agree to a replacement, or it be a refund which means that I would be without sofas for however long till I find new ones (I can't afford that to happen). They have had me over a barrel.
I've taken out Staingard cover on the sofas which have began on these damaged sofas. I asked Stacey would this be cancelled and restarted when i receive the new sofas (which is only fair as its going to waste and won't be clearly used on these faulty sofas) and I've been told a blunt no! How can this be right, it's unethical as you have provided me with faulty goods with fabric damage and ive waited 3 months to get to this stage and will wait a further 3 months apparently to receive the replacement. 6 months of cover wasted and I've also been told by stacey the cover started when we purchased the sofas which blew my mind as we obviously didn't receive the sofas on the day of purchase and carry them home from the store!!
You would think any reputable company after acknowledging the fault would go out their way to make things right but not NCF!
She has apparently raised my complaint to her manager and reading negative comments on here previously I know I shouldn't hold my breath as they wont speak to me. This is a cowboy company with a fancy show room! Don't be fooled!!
Sul was great and very helpful getting our new sofa. Great customer service.
Chris the legend was a massive help today, no pushy sales, helped with any questions we had and even offered his opinion on what would work with our style of house.

They took the time to talk through options, fabrics, and what would actually suit my space, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I felt properly looked after throughout.
Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and an stress-free experience and a lovely homely sofa!!!

Josh and Sue were absolutely perfect in helping me. Honestly didn't feel pressured into buying, no sales gimmicks and they both were great with any questions I had regarding the sofa I was looking to buy.
Everything was explained in plain detail.
It was a great experience, and I'm going to be recommending this store to everyone now.

We have had an absolute nightmare with this Company. We ordered a Mattress from the Bristol Branch that when we got home realised it was to high for our bed & tried cancelling or changing the order. We went to the shop & put a hold on the item as it has not been delivered yet & wanted to know our options. We either have to change to another mattress that is higher in price & pay £100 admin fee or get a refund & loose 25% of total bill even including delivery. We thought this was very harsh as no sign of delivery & were not told anything about the outragious Terms & Conditions in the shop. To make it even worse we went back to the shop where a saleperson put the mattress on hold & we even spoke to customer service person who confirmed this. We have now had an email from the delivery company to say that our mattress is going to be delivered & we are finding it as hard to contact them as it is to contact your customer services. Still awaiting response from someone.
