Staff very friendly and helpful , not pushy at all which really puts us off. Great range and the gentleman that sold us our furniture was absolutely spot on.

From the moment went in we felt welcome the staff were very helpful and could have been nicer we felt like valued customers
A pleasure shopping

I really enjoyed looking at all the dining tables without pushy salesman but the team were always available for advice & information. Nigel was very professional and told us everything we needed to know on the process regarding purchase and delivery. He made our purchasing experience pleasant and it took no time at all. Overall a 5star experience

We had such a wonderful experience at Furniture Village, and I especially want to thank Irina for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, professional, patient and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for.

Irina took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions and helped us make the right choice without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her warm and helpful approach made such a difference and turned furniture shopping into a really pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Furniture Village is very lucky to have someone like Irina on their team. We left feeling completely happy and confident with our purchase. Highly recommended! 🤗🤗🤗

Staff did not pounce as we walked through the door but were very helpful and friendly when we were ready to ask questions and make a purchase

Seamless purchase, great service + price by salesman

Greeted by Peter at the Northampton store. He was friendly and knowledgeable, without being overbearing. We had decided on choice of furniture beforehand, but just wanted to see it in the flesh. We were not disappointed with the excellent quality, and the discounted prices made it all the more appealing. Peter was there to close the deal and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Great service and very friendly, 5 🌟

Nigel Garlick was amazing at explaining everything to us, he answered all our questions and was also very patient with us. Thank you

Salesman was very informative and helpful. He was polite and friendly, listened to all my needs and answered all my questions.

Excellent salesman . Approached us and supplied all the information we asked for . He told us to take our time to decide , which took the pressure off us .

My ottoman divan bed was delivered this morning and the delivery guys were cool and the installation was almost perfect
Unfortunately. Some screws couldn’t fit into the bed and I find it weird but the delivery guys said it shouldn’t be a problem and I thought to comment if I can get any help

Mo that helped was very friendly explained everything how long it would take for furniture to arrive, very professional.

Mauricio was efficient and knowledgeable on showing us our options when purchasing our sofa and chair. Also much appreciated were the coffees and cookies . He made our experience first class , without his guidance we would not have purchased ,as I thought the prices were a bit high.
