Own error problem
Due to my own error, I needed spare parts for my Franke Maris Water Hub. I live in Ireland and there is no service engineer where I live, so had to deal with Franke directly. After some initial verification of my problem, I had to purchase a spare part that did not work. I then had to prove that I had purchased the spare part and it was replaced under warranty by Franke. The supplied spare part also failed, so Franke sent out a complete set of electronic parts that I fitted myself. I now have a working system - after several months of frustration. Thanks to Ben Schofield for his forbearance and assistance.

Amazing customer service from Natalie
Just spoken to Natalie at the Franke’s Stoke office as had a problem with my kitchen tap and needed some advice.
Natalie was absolutely brilliant and quickly worked out the issue and parts I needed.

Very pro active
Very pro active by two different members of customer service in respect of a warranty claim. The parts required was understood and the correct parts despatched the same day arriving by post the next day.

Had an issue with one of the valves in…
Had an issue with one of the valves in my Franke kitchen mixer tap due to living in a hard water area. I contacted Franke customer services for possible maintenance advice. Natalie dealt with my issue very efficiently by sending me a replacement valve kit, as the valves were still under warranty. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would fully recommend Franke customer services for any after sales queries.

Nous avons fais appel a ixina pour notre cuisine il nous on proposer d office la hotte de la marque frank n y connaissant rien nous avons fais confiance et nous n aurions pas du !
En effet la hotte avant même de parler d installation ne tire pas assez donc au temps dire qu elle ne sert a rien nous sommes super déçu ! Et de plus un "technicien" est venu qui ne parle presque pas français vont nous facturer 125€ pour des explications farfelue a refaire je prend une autres marque ! Même pas donner la paine de faire quelque chose rien c est notre faute quoi qu il arrive mais pour le prix au moins se donner la peine de faire le " boulot" si vraiment il y avais nécessité vue qu'il étais sur place mais non ... donc franchement déçue jamais plus

We contacted Franke for a general service appointment. They were efficient and professional. However it was an all day appointment and the engineer didn't contact us until 2.30pm. It meant staying at home all day waiting. It would be helpful if the company could specify morning or afternoon.

We had to call Franke out to look at a…
We had to call Franke out to look at a boil tap that was not producing boiling water despite only having been in about 15 months.
The engineer who came out was absolutely brilliant and the fault was diagnosed straight away and covered under warranty. He also made a couple of modifications to the control boxes as the unit was originally installed by Kitchen company who quite honestly I wouldn’t let run a bath let alone install equipment like this! Huge thanks to Franke.

Problem with Minerva hot water tank.
I was having a problem with my Minerva hot water tank not heating the water. I contacted Franke UK by email and received a very quick response from their employee named Ben Schofield. He advised me in his email reply to try a ‘hard reset’ of the system and provided clear and succinct details on how to proceed. This was effective and I now have boiling water again.
In my opinion Ben provided a prompt, excellent customer service and displayed a very good knowledge of the Minerva tank product. Thank you Ben.
