Fault that had accurred on my hot tap
The engineer Cody who came out was brilliant.
He asked me questions about the fault !
He explained everything he had done to rectify.
I also asked him a question and he rectified that problem too.
10/10 and more than pleased with the service I received.

The company is great for responding and…
The company is great for responding and customer care but the products are terrible.
What they don’t tell you is the tap costs £1300 initially, then will cost £200 year in replacement filters, then when the heating element blows (generally every 3-5 years) the whole boiling water tank needs replacing at a cost of £650.
Don’t touch the Minerva 4 in 1 tap!!

Franke instant hot water appliance
Franke responded in the way anyone would wish and our engineer, Cody, turned up on time and was polite, explained what he was doing to just the right level and replaced the water heater quickly and with no fuss.
Our only mild observation is that it took about a fortnight’s lead in time during which time we were reduced to using our old kettle! A quicker turnaround would have scored a faultless full marks from us

Great customer service
From reporting the issue with the hot water tap, to Stuart turning up on site to resolve the issue, communication was excellent and the technician visit was within 2 days. The spout of the tap was replaced under warranty and it now functions perfectly.
Stuart was friendly and informative.

Ordered a replacement filter for my Mythos tap, incorrect part was picked and shipped - however service was efficient in getting the correct part shipped. Arrived today and fully functional again.
