We had our first service to our Quooker tap. Nigel Hannah, Quooker Belfast, was friendly, polite and professional. He did a marvellous job, including polishing the tap after he had completed the service. I am very happy with the level of service provided by Nigel and would recommend him without hesitation.

Calum from Quooker was amazing. He went above and beyond, his service was faultless. He was friendly, very patient and thorough. We couldn't have asked for better. 5* service by a 5* company!

From our first enquiry into the new tap we thought that Quooker team were efficient and concise and knowledgeable.
Within a couple of weeks we have chosen the tap and had it fitted,with every step clearly explained.
Our fitter David McHaffie arrived in good time and was friendly,helpful and efficient.He made sure that we understood how the tap works and what maintenance it would need into the future, Excellent service.

The team were very professional and easy to deal with even whilst out the country things were taken care of professionally great service great product Happy happy customer!

William was very helpful diagnosing the issue and arranging a service visit at no cost to me. I have found that Quooker's technical/customer service team are always prompt to diagnose and help with the various issues I've had with the tap. Which is to say I wish I'd just got a different brand of standalone boiling water tap, which wouldn't look as nice but must surely be more reliable. But you can't fault the customer/technical service team for sorting out the problems with the tap once or twice every year for 4 years running. It looks great and works most of the time but its beyond me why they don't just replace it rather than keep sending someone to fix it every few months. Anyway, 5/5 for customer service. 2/5 for the actual Quooker tap.

I had issues with our Qooker tap for around a week, the Engineer sent to us (Calum) was great! He was thourough, explained exactly what was happening to it, and what repairs he was going to do and successfully completed it. Now our tap is back working, and I am so thankful! Great & Quick service.

I made an enquiry regarding a small replacement part. In less than 24 hours, Jordan Crowley was in touch and had organised dispatch. Can't ask for better service than that.

I cannot recommend Nigel Hanna highly enough, he was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. he sorted the problem and got me back up and running in no time.

Awesome product, and Colin Le did a great job on the installation. Turns out my kitchen was originally designed quite poorly, so removing the old tap and installing the new one proved quite tricky!

From first contact Quooker have been brilliant. Julian my initial customer service contact was extremely helpful and informative. Every question was answered quickly and informatively. This is my second Quooker tap a super upgrade
Tony, my fitter, was wonderful. Friendly and extremely able. Couldn’t ask for a better technician.
The tap is super easy to operate and really efficient. If I have one concern it is with the pull out part which does not operate as smoothly as demonstrated on the video.
Lastly, I received a few gifts with my install, flasks and glasses. The glasses especially are great and I hope to purchase a few more if they are available

We had our tap serviced by our local engineer, Nathan Clark. He actually arrived early, having called first to make sure it was ok to come. He did a great job, left the place clean and tidy. Tap is working great. Paying the extra to get a Quooker-trained engineer is definitely worth it.

Arrived promptly- cleaned and serviced the tap , He was very tidy and cleaned up after the service.

I had an issue following a Thames water disruption. The filter water stopped working and I needed a hard reset.
Szymon Buczek was extremely helpful in guiding me, step by step, explaining everything. Great service.
Wait time was a bit long so pls hire more amazing people.
