Franke Boiling Water Tap Service Call
The service call went well. Martin was in touch ahead of time and arrived as promised. He serviced the Franke tap, changed the filter & advised on use. He did his best to tighten the tap installation but that proved difficult due to access issues, and the tap unfortunately remains somewhat loose. I’m unsure if anything can be done to improve this.

I’ve always rated Franke products… &…
I’ve always rated Franke products… & Martin, your engineer was delightful.
I’d been under the impression I’d to contact GRL when I’d any issues & am delighted to know I’m able to contact Franke direct… it’s confusing having to deal with two companies especially when on a couple of occasions GDL sent incorrect parts.
As I said Martin was both efficient, respectful & informative… thank you.

Mythos 6 in 1 Hub warranty repair
As part of a new kitchen I chose the Franke Mythos 6 in 1 hub to provide a range of hot, chilled, filtered and sparkling water straight from the tap. It was only when I changed the water filter that things went wrong, lots of flashing lights and no water being dispensed... I called Franke and within a week a very nice engineer called Martin was out to fix the issue covered by the 24 months warranty. Tap now working so I am a happy customer.

Outstanding Customer Service to Resolve Issue with Tap
We had a leak with a tap that we wanted to fix without replacing it. The team at Franke Customer Services were absolutely fantastic, in particular N Jones, who went out of their way to help us resolve the issue so that we could address the problem without having to go to the expense of having to buy a full new mixer tap. They advised us regarding what spare parts were required as well as providing advice from their technical team when we needed more help. Delighted to say that tap was repaired and considerable expense avoided as a result. It is rare to get such outstanding customer service - all staff were polite, kind and genuinely wanted to help. I have used Franke Customer Service only twice in the last 2 years for a filter and minor tap spares since fitting new Franke appliances to our kitchen 5/6 years ago. On the first occasion I was more than happy with their service but on the recent second occasion they surpassed what customer service is all about with their prompt response and service ! Franke kitchen tap
I have a problem with Franke kitchen tap leaking, rang and spoke to Jill who was very helpful and identified the possible problem and gave me the details of who to ring as I was covered for free replacements re NHBC. This I did and the replacements are now in the post via Natalie.

Had a flow problem with my hot water tank. I was sent me an email very promptly with guide to locate the problem. Further communications very prompt and helpful. The problem was resolved. Great customer care and nothing seemed too much trouble. 10/10

Fantastic experience!
Having inherited a tap without a clamping nut after having bought a new property, I struggled to find the right fixing kit.
A call, nearly no waiting and a clear indication on next steps resulted in me sending them an image of the tap and within 2 mins, I got an email asking for my address and after a further 2 mins confirmation that the order in the post.
From raising query on phone to resolution, all of less than an hour to resolve. Massively impressed. Well done Franke Team

worked well for 6 months
worked well for 6 months, then intermittent hot/boiling water, contacted customer care, talked me through a reset, tap worked for 30 mins, e-mailed again
told another reset would work, it did for another 30mins constant requests to let them know the colour of the button on the heater, replied numerous times, yet another set of instructions to follow, tap worked for 30 mins, then failed.
solution found, take the system out and buy one that works.
