Alors après des péripétie vraiment compliquer ! Un rendez-vous de passage que l’on veut vous fixer 1 semaine plus tard alors que le problème dure depuis plus d’un mois ! Le technicien viens enfin et là ça ne fonctionne pas ! L’eau pétillante ne fonctionne pas ! Et quand vous les appelez il n’ont pas de solution il ne connaisse même pas leur produit ! Il doivent demander en usine ! Sa prend des délais interminable pour avoir quelqu’un qui s’occupe de notre dossier ! Nous somme toujours en attente !peut être un jour cela fonctionneras? Pour les 4500€ payé !!

Excellent customer service
Natalie at Franke customer services went above and beyond in helping us to source a sink to fit the same dimensions as our existing sink. She was very prompt and helpful in replying to all our queries and managed to track down a suitable sink for us.

Fast and efficient job
Stuart, the engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The job was undertaken within a few minutes and the spares that were required were to hand.

The required part arrived promptly and arrangements for the engineer visit went smoothly.

Cody was absolutely fine.
The Franke product fused our electrical system and flooded the kitchen within an hour of installation. There was no installation issue - the product was seriously faulty.

I have always liked the design of there sinks and taps, partly due to the amount of information readily available on the website
This allows me to choose the best product for the job and the detailed drawings let me check the fit and what they will look like

Mike was very efficient and worked…
Mike was very efficient and worked without noise or unnecessary chat . He was a very nice guy.
He explained the workings of the new tap and I am very happy with it.
He left no mess and explained why he could not take away the old tap and packing of the new which a shame but not h it s fault.

Excellent Company
Very quick response to my emails, replacement part sent immediately, and due to good design, was easy to fit. This was my second Franke tap & would recommend them due to long lasting quality products and excellent service. Parts available even for taps over 10 years old.

Awful quality sink and terrible service
I purchased 3 Franke stainless steel sinks. The main one became terribly scratched in days. I have contacted Franke multiple times to get them to inspect the sink under warranty. I can not get a response. A lot of money for an extremely poor product. Porr quality product matched by terrible customer service.
