Franke’s taps started dripping contacted them as was just in warranty period. Quick response part sent out without delay excellent service and product. Would have no hesitation in recommending any Franke product

Excellent service visit and resolved…
Excellent service visit and resolved the hot water/ boiled water mixer issue. Within moments the technician said for gravity hot water systems the mixer should be cold supply and boiled water. Once the flexi feed pipework was sorted and re arranged to take out twists left by the kitchen installer, the system is working as intended.

The technician arrived on time and…
The technician arrived on time and freed up the rest of our day. His name was Stuart and he changed the defective parts in no time after I had attempted for hours and completely damaged them. All the spares were available in his van. He explained all he was doing and why, giving me tips and advice. Replaced the hot tap and tested it and explained how the heater operated and how to look after it. Stuart was very friendly and approachable. Should I have any problems in the future I would ask for Stuart if possible.

Genuine personal service
I rang Franke for help ID-ing a leaking kitchen tap that was installed over 12 years ago. Natalie couldn't have been more helpful. An O-ring replacement for our particular model was quickly dispatched (to buy us time till our scheduled renovation in the autumn) however the wider conversation with Natalie was just as valuable. Very impressed and grateful.

Very skilled and professional…
Very skilled and professional technician who installed the device and gave some great advice on care and maintenance. Had to take photos to see if the space below was suitable. The only hiccup was that the office sent round Mike to see if he could fit it although they already said the space was suitable( we had an old Franke system already in there) Apart from that Mike was excellent and we are very happy with the installation and look and initial usage.

Following a issue with my Hob
Following a issue with my Hob, Franke was contacted shortly after, I spoke to Jonny and he arranged an engineer to come, the process took a little longer from the engineers side but i was kept well informed during the process, I got a text the night before the engineers visit stating a 3 hour window, All fixed Jonny reached out to ask how the visit went, great service and communication throughout.

After sales service.
The technical support over the phone was not great on the Mythos 5 in 1 tap and neither was the experience of making the booking for an engineer. however once the engineer was out it was all good the engineer called ahead of time to advise he was arriving and he also explained everything he was going to do and what he had done when he completed the job. this review is a feedback based on the after sales service for the Franke Mythos 5 in 1 tap my experience on the other products and sales service has always been a 5 out of 5.

Boiler issues resolved
We had been having a few issues with the boiler and had reset it at least twice following advice from Customer Services over the phone. Engineer Martin didn't mess around he immediately offered to swap out the old boiler for a new one, which he did. Then Martin checked all was working OK before he left. Courteous and mindful of our customer experience.

Always friendly service
Mike turned up on time and fixed the issue. It's a shame though that I've had to call him out 3 times now for the same issue, fixing the boiling tap. He was very friendly and chatty. He tidied up before he went.
