MUY DECEPCIONADA CON FRANKE.

Nuestra experiencia con FRANKE está siendo realmente decepcionante y, sobre todo, nos sentimos completamente desatendidos por la marca.

En abril de 2023 compramos una cocina para una vivienda vacacional, incluyendo fregadero y grifo de la marca FRANKE, confiando precisamente en que estábamos comprando productos de calidad y de una marca reconocida. La instalación no se pudo realizar hasta octubre de 2023 porque, por motivos laborales, no pudimos desplazarnos antes.

En julio de este año, con apenas uso, nos encontramos con que al grifo extensible se le ha saltado el esmalte negro en la zona de la muesca donde se engancha el grifo.

Y aquí empieza nuestra verdadera decepción.

Llamamos a FRANKE para explicar el problema y la primera respuesta fue que habían pasado tres meses de garantía. Nos indicaron que escribiéramos a Atención al Cliente, cosa que hicimos, enviando fotografías del defecto y explicando detalladamente que se trata de una vivienda vacacional y que, por tanto, el grifo ha tenido un uso mínimo.

La respuesta de FRANKE fue, sencillamente, que NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES.

¿De verdad esta es la respuesta que da una marca que vende productos de alta gama? ¿Un grifo que no es precisamente barato, con muy poco uso, presenta un problema en el acabado y la solución de FRANKE es desentenderse completamente?

Lo que más nos indigna no es solamente que el producto haya presentado un defecto, porque entendemos que cualquier producto puede fallar. Lo realmente decepcionante es que la marca ni siquiera se moleste en estudiar el caso y buscar una solución, limitándose a decir que no se hacen responsables.

Compramos FRANKE precisamente pensando que estábamos adquiriendo calidad y tranquilidad. Después de esta experiencia, sinceramente, ni la calidad del producto ni la atención recibida están a la altura del precio que pagamos.

Y ahora tenemos un fregadero FRANKE instalado en la misma vivienda y nos preguntamos qué ocurrirá si en el futuro presenta algún problema. Porque después de la respuesta que hemos recibido, la confianza en la marca es prácticamente inexistente.

Muy decepcionados y muy enfadados. Cuando uno paga el precio de un producto de alta gama espera que el producto esté a la altura, pero también espera que la marca responda cuando surge un problema. En nuestro caso, FRANKE no ha estado a la altura en ninguno de los dos aspectos.

Desde luego, después de esta experiencia, nos pensaremos mucho volver a comprar FRANKE y difícilmente podremos recomendar sus productos.

I was very impressed with the customer service team at Franke UK Ltd when my tap leaked. They responded quickly and helped me fix the issue. Because of this great experience, I decided to buy Franke kitchen taps again.

I recently contacted Franke UK for some assistance with one of their taps. Natalie in customer services was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a resolution.

Despite the fact that the tap was technically out of warranty, Natalie was able to send me a replacement part, which fixed the problem. It’s rare to receive such great service these days and I am very grateful for your assistance. Rest assured moving forward I will continue to use Franke products and recommend them to my friends.

Great customer service. Replaced our waste disposal unit under the 10 year guarantee (which I don’t even know we had when I first made contact about a service call). Replacement unit was speedily dispatched and installed without any fuss.

Removal of old waste disposal unit and installation of a replacement undertaken quickly and with no problems.
The one hour prior warning of his arrival did not materialise but the Franke Technician was very efficient with the installation and provided helpful advice on the unit's operation and best method for cleaning.

Excellent service. Technician called in advance as promised and turned up on time. Carried out the work diligently and spent time making sure we knew how to use the device.

A fuir SAV pas compétent. Après une perçage effectué avec fraise Franke une fissure est apparue 3 jour après sans aucun rapport avec le perçage et sans installation de robinet ,vidage,car stocké en attendant la pose et sans aucun choc, chute d'objet ou mauvaise manipulation de ma part, mon évier s'est fissuré. J'ai donc contacté le service après-vente FRANKE afin de faire jouer la garantie.

Malheureusement, ma demande a été refusée, sans que je considère avoir reçu une explication satisfaisante permettant de justifier que cette fissure serait due à une mauvaise utilisation de ma part.

Je trouve cette situation particulièrement décevante pour une marque qui se positionne comme une marque de qualité et dont les produits sont vendus à un prix relativement élevé. Lorsqu'un évier se fissure spontanément dans le cadre d'une utilisation normale, on est en droit d'attendre du fabricant qu'il étudie réellement le problème et qu'il apporte une solution à son client.

Le plus décevant n'est donc pas seulement la fissure de l'évier, mais surtout la manière dont ma réclamation a été traitée et le refus de prise en charge.

Pour ma part, cette expérience remet sérieusement en question la qualité et la fiabilité que j'attendais de FRANKE. Je ne recommande pas cette marque au vu de mon expérience avec leur produit et leur service après-vente.

Absolutely first class service from Natalie who helped identify the likely problem and required replacement parts for my tap and supplied links to the replacement fitting guide from the Franke website.
All parts fitted fairly easily and the tap is as good as new

I had a leaking swan neck tap(Athena) from the base. I wrote to Franke and was recommended to buy a replacement washer kit. I fitted these and the leak was cured , but after a few weeks it leaked again . I again contacted Ashleigh at Franke and he suggested remove the swan and check for corrosion or holes etc. Did this and it looked ok to me , put it all back together and the leak was really bad. I again contacted Ashleigh who ordered a new swan neck unit ( FOC). this was fitted and the tap doesn't leak and swivel movement is smooth and easy.
I really am impressed by all the understanding and help I received from Franke, particularly Ashleigh.

Amazing help yet again from Natalie! Great experience, will use them again for sure!

Mike turned up on time. Installed quickly. Explained all that we needed to do. Worked with our builder to ensure that the tap fitting fitted around other work we were doing.

Had a faulty leaking tap which was replaced with no issues and very promptly. Jonnny was very understanding and helped without hesitation. Thank you
