Do not touch , had ours four years and is now needing replaced, have serviced and managed as directed by Franke, Franke response basically it happens, I pointed out no advert stating it may only last 4 years very poor
Given the response from Franke could you let me know who to sent the documents you have requested

Franke boiling tap service
Cody called ahead and arrived at the predicted time. Identified what needed attention and replaced the required parts. Tap now back to peak performance so hoping it lasts another 9 years.
You do need to improve the appointment process with better confirmation of arrival time, at least giving am or pm appointment times.

Super help and support
We have had a problem with our Franke kitchen tap starting to leak. Reached out to the team and were helped by the fantastic Natalie Jones.
She provided super quick, super helpful support and the problem is being resolved with the minimum of fuss and without expensive call outs.

Excellent from start to finish.
Clear and concise information with effective and timely communication from the Service advisor, scheduling team and the service technician who installed my new Franke equipment.
Excellent all round especially Dan the technician who was extremely helpful, installing the unit as per my request and giving full explanation and demonstration of all the installation and operation procedures.

Denuncia ante consumo porque no funciona y no dan solución
El producto es bueno hasta que deja de funcionar. Compramos un grifo inteligente (agua fría, agua filtrada y agua con gas) y estábamos contentos, pero exactamente un año después de ponerlo dejó de funcionar. Avisamos Franke el 20/06/2026 por primera vez y nos dijeron que podía ser el filtro, lo cambiamos y seguía de funcionar. A partir de aquí todo fue echar balones fuera con el servicio técnico, 2 meses después seguimos sin el grifo y comprando botellas de agua en el supermercado.
Toca ir a consumo para denunciar la estafa.

Full Marks to Feanke
After previous poor experience with a boiling water tap from another manufacturer I chose to replace it with a Franke Mythos water hub. After nearly two years a fault developed and the after sales team were very helpful and an engineer was duly despatched. Mike the engineer had already provisionally diagnosed the problem and brought with him the necessary part to ensure that it was fixed first time. The part in question had been redesigned in response to engineer feedback so the replacement won’t develop the same fault. That’s why we bought Franke!
