Resolve the hot water tap problem
Your engineer Arrived clean and tidy very polite. We met Mike before he installed the new system. I explained to him the problem he said I know and sorted out straight away. I was very pleased with the Service he provided and a good representative for your firm.

Boiling water tap service
The service provided by Cody, the service engineer, was fantastic. But my only problem is the cost. Just to maintain my boiling water tap each year is a 'considered purchase'.

This company charged me 45 pounds for a…
This company charged me 45 pounds for a call out charge and 380 to isolate my bathroom tap. It took all of 20 minutes to do and it's not even fixed. This is extortionate prices which I simply cannot afford. No I would not recommend them to anyone. There jyst after your money n there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Hot water not heating up.
The lady who took my call regarding the issue with my hot water system was very helpful and patient.
Mike, the engineer was very polite and helpful. He explained everything to me and made it so easy to understand as to what went wrong with the hot water system and offered some good advice as what not to do. So thank you, Mike and keep up your good work.
