Excellent and remarkably rapid service from Franke's Central Services (parts) supplier. New filter ordered late on a Monday morning and arrived by Royal Mail Parcels just after lunch on the next day! Fantastic, can't fault it. Particular thanks to Mark and George in the warehouse who did their part so rapidly.

Great customer service
Back in 2020, we put in a new kitchen. Having had our original Franke filter tap for around 20yrs, we decided to buy another one. After about 6yrs, the chrome started bubbling and popping off in places. The standard warranty on the finish had long expired. I decided to contact Franke on the off chance that they could help. After sending pictures of the damage, along with proof of purchase, Natalie promptly sent out a free replacement spout, along with instructions on how to replace it. My husband had the new part on in no time and the tap now looks like brand new. Original email to replacement part arriving was just 1wk. Whilst I would rather not have had the problem in the first place, I can't complain at all about the prompt and helpful response of Franke, and Natalie.

Rubinetto che non funziona
Rubinetto acquistato insieme alla cucina presso il negozio BeHome Francavilla Fontana. La prima settimana funzionava bene a dopo ha iniziato a non avere il cambio del flusso da getto continuo a fili laterali, mi hanno sostituito più volte la guarnizione ma ad oggi passato già più di un anno e solo peggiorato apri il rubinetto e esce getto continuo con delle perdite laterali che dovrebbe essere l’altra modalità di getto, se cambio con il getto laterale a filo mi schizza ovunque. Non siamo mai riusciti ad avere come si deve le sue funzioni se non solo per la prima settimana di acquisto.

Whilst trying to order some replacement parts I spoke with Franke’s representative, Natalie, on the phone and was extremely impressed by her courteous manner and level of professionalism. She resolved my issue straight away and I have to say that not only is she is a great representative of the company but she has left me feeling confident that this is a company I can turn to in the future if I need further assistance.

Acheté 2 éviers inox modèle Marix et une hotte . Déçue de tous les produits ! Les éviers se sont rayés très rapidement et de façon disgracieuse , et le sav me répond que c’est la beauté naturelle de l’usure de l’inox ( chose que je n’ai jamais eu avec mes précédents éviers ..) et la hotte fait un bruit atroce … je ne recommande pas , pas à la hauteur d’une belle marque, ni au niveau de la qualité, ni au niveau du service .

Incredible aftercare service from Franke
I had an issue with my waste disposal unit. Dealt with Natalie Jones who efficiently sorted out the problem and with proof of purchase has organised a replacement machine. Engineer visit (Mike) - very good

Franke won’t let you down.
Cody was under our sink for a over an hour. Afterwards he explained exactly what he had done and also the benefits of having the maintenance package in place. He has been to us before and I feel that Cody is a dedicated worker. Thank you Cody!

I recommend Franke technician
Stuart is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an older hot water tap and he explained the benefits of upgrading to the latest model. He installed our tap efficiently and made no mess. I would recommend him highly.
