Excellent Service
The Franke spares website is absolutely fine but I needed a bit of guidance before ordering a part. I asked a question on line and there was an immediate acknowledgment (one is often left hanging indefinitely with many other companies) with an invitation to call if the query was urgent, which it was. I spoke to Kara who was extremely helpful and she duly sent a link to the requisite part. I ordered it and received it less than 24 hours later - that's what I call an excellent service. Thank you the Franke team in general and Kara in particular.

Mike (engineer/technician) was really helpful - very thorough, knew his stuff, professional and cleaned up after himself. Whilst we couldn't solve the problem on the first visit, his knowledge of Franke products meant that we could work out how to fix it. Really appreciated his help and got far better service from Franke engineer than if we'd called out a local plumber.

Replacement filters are expensive & need to be changed regularly.
Technicians visit was great. Fixed everything very quickly. Quite annoyed that the tank needed replacing in the first place (and the price of replacement filters), but that will teach me to read the instructions.

Martin arrived at 8am and started work, made him a coffee and he got stuck in.
He knew exactly what to do, the installation went perfectly, clean, tidy and thoroughly professional.
Score of 11 out of 10, please pass on our thanks.
I also add that from first contact to Martin arriving was smooth and easy, the choices I was given during our email conversations made the transaction easy.
Now off to make a nice hot cup of tea thanks to Martin and the Franke team.

Reliable high quality, knowledgeable technician’s visit.
Technician phoned 30 minutes before arrival. He gave very clear and high quality advice including the possibility of different interventions.
My only criticism is that I should have been given a rough time of visit before the day because I had to put aside the whole day for the visit.

Excellent Service
Your technician phoned to give his ETA and was a little ahead of time. Very polite and friendly, he carried out the work well and without delay and cleared up fully afterwards.
The only disppointment was that he did not take the faulty WDU with him when he left, leaving me to dispose of it and its associated fittings.

Experience with Franke
I was told to make sure that the tank was exposed and all parts of the system exposed before technician came -spent considerable time and difficulty to do that and it was not necessary. Information I was asked to give about access to house was not passed onto the technician so what was the point of asking me to send that in writing. The new tap has a different shaped tank so does not fit under the floor of the cupboard under the sink and instead occupies the main body of the cupboard making it impossible to use that cupboard for any storage. This could have been mentioned in my discussion about whether to have a new tap or just replace the original tank. I had to keep the whole day free because I could not be told when technician would arrive until he was on his way. It would not have been difficult to give me a better estimate the day before when the technician was given his schedule and I had asked for that. I had requested that the new tap be put on hot and cold feed whereas previously the Franke tap was on cold feed only. Cody did that as requested but the hot water supply is only a dribble. Cody said there was nothing he could do about that and that I should get my own plumber to fix this problem. That felt a bit unsatisfactory but he is probably just fulfilling company policy. Franke is keen to load customer with all risks. Before the first Franke tap was fitted there was no problem with hot water supply to that sink. I am left to dispose of old tap which again there could have been warning about that. Cody worked tidily and efficiently. I have not been able to register the new tap because although the QR code transferred me to registration site the log in was not recognised and renew password did not work either. . I had used a certain email throughout this process of reporting fault and ordering the tap and receiving information from you, but then suddenly on the last communication from Franke you used an older email address that you must have stored from purchase of my first tap in 2019. I tried both email address to try to register but neither worked.
