the customer service was bad experience at First with WhatsApp and email thing but further more it eventually became good and helpful .
Hope they provide in person customer service in future . so the customer can explain more about their problems if created .

J’ai laissé un message sur le groupe Whatapps, le service support de DEVIALET m’a rappelé et a pris le temps de faire l’operation avec moi. Je tiens à remercier la personne qui m’a guidé sans qui cela aurait été un peu compliqué. Merci 🙏

Devialet customer service is fantastic. I have multiple of their products and from the multiple times i contacted them I had got all my problems solve from simple questions about specs and how to connect. To repairs, parts and unit swap. They are high end product's and after listing to it I had not problems with the price. Look great, sound excellent and customer support is with dedication. My latest problem was with my Dione. Customer service offer a swap for a reasonable price. I got the unit today and everything is working great! Everything went smooth as it can get. JAKE was the customer service representative and he handled the communication, updates and the transaction with excellence. Brief, concise and with clear solutions to my problems. I definitely recommend Devialet products to my friends and family.

Utilisateur Devialet Phantom de la première heure (2015), je ne compte plus les heures passées à reconfigurer, paramétrer, télécharger, discuter avec le SAV pour des problèmes de connexion, connectivité, perte de la stéréo, disparition d’enceinte dans l’application. En 2020, Devialet finit par me remplacer mes deux enceintes. Mais mes problèmes ne se sont pas arrêtés pour autant. Aujourd’hui, l’une des deux enceintes ne répond plus du tout, on me propose un retour SAV pour 550 eur, je ne renverrai pas l’enceinte et vais m’orienter vers une autre marque. Je déconseille de vous orienter vers cette marque si vous cherchez une enceinte haut de gamme fiable et un SAV au service du client. Alexandre

Suite à une interruption d’internet impossible de reconnecter mes 2 phantoms et mes 2 reactors . J’ai appelé le service DEVIALET et je suis tombé sur un opérateur nommé Jonathan,très professionnel et très sympathique il a pris le temps pour me rėglė le problème de connections et tout est rentré dans l’ordre . Je tiens à remercier Jonathan sans qui cela aurait été très compliqué. Super service. Merci DEVIALET

I contacted customer service without much hope, but Peter was very responsive and efficient and helped me to do a factory reboot of my old phantom speaker. Now good as new !

Excellent clear help with a package that had been lost at the recipient company's office. Provided details - not just the tracking number. Allowed a quick resolution when I was at the recipient company.

The sound bar is awesome! Unfortunately It developed a software issue a few months after setting it up. I was extremely impressed with the customer service department. Jake was extremely helpful through the entire exchange process. Another helpful employee was a representative from France she was very good but unfortunately I can't remember her name. Thank you Jake for the excellent service all around. David

Quelle déception !!!!
Je passe finalement a l'étape supérieure en investissant sur une enceinte portable Devialet dans le but d'obtenir un produit de qualité soit disant supérieure et voilà que je me dois de retourner celui-ci pour défaillance technique. Très faible autonomie comparer au produit précédent d'une marque concurante (JBL boombox 3 pour ne pas la nommer). Un produit vendu avec une promesse d'autonomie de 10h et voilà qu'au bout de 5h30 (volume bas) l'enceinte s'éteint ! Et bien sûr aucunement possible de l'écouter en re-branchant celle-ci! Il vous faut attendre que l'enceinte se recharge au 3/4.Et donc de la laisser brancher sur secteur pour bénéficier d'une plus grande autonomie d'écoute. Pratique pour une enceinte portable !!!!
Bref. Passer votre chemin si vous hésitez avec une Devialet!
800 € pour un produit qui ne m'apporte rien de fiable avec une qualité/puissance son bien moindre et un rapport qualité prix déplorable (Comparer a JBL)
Comme quoi le prix n'est pas toujours gage de qualité !
Autant dire que mon expérience chez Devialet s'arrêtera ici!

Devialet not only has great products, but they also provide outstanding Customer Service. Shana my CS Rep. provided instructions that fixed my issue with my earbuds. She followed up with emails daily to make sure the issue was resolved. AAA+++

Ich hatte vor einigen Wochen den Mania bzw. die Dion direkt bei Devialet bestellt. Leider konnte ich die Geräte nicht optimal positionieren, weshalb ich die Produkte Anfang/Mitte Oktober retourniert habe. Mittlerweile sind fast vier Wochen vergangen, und ich warte immer noch auf meine Rückzahlung!

Der Kundenservice antwortet leider nur sporadisch und unkonkret. Zumindest wurde der Eingang bestätigt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich Devialet.com leider nicht empfehlen.
