Not cheap but ok resolved

Jeg havde købt endnu en Phantom for at lave multiroom. Det virkede ikke 'ud-af-boksen', men kundeservice svarede hurtigt på min henvendelse og forsøgte straks at hjælpe. Efter at jeg delte mine data med dem, kunne de se, at mine højtalere ikke kørte på samme firmware, og de sendte mig link til download af firmware og instruktion til at 'tvinge' opdatering igennem på den nye højtaler. Det løste problemet, og nu spiller det! De oprindelige Phantoms har jeg aldrig haft brug for hjælp til.

I got the help, I needed to get a remote for Phantom I up end running again.

I appreciated the prompt and clear process that DEVIALET has developed for its products’ repairs, a process that by its very nature, requires a series of steps and the involvement & collaboration of the customer. Firstly, the ability to send photos and a video recording of the product, highlighting the inoperative or damaged areas is extremely useful and allows an accurate quote to be provided. In fact, it wasn’t until I filmed a longer video that the true nature of the damage and lack of function became apparent. I was initially surprised that the product had to be returned to France for repairs but given the unique nature of the Phantom, it was not surprising that the back to base solution had been chosen as the simplest course of action for the company to take. The logistics arrangements worked very well – I only wish that the UPS centre was closer to home but once there, everything went very smoothly. DEVIALET provided the packaging and all necessary documentation and labels and the round trip to France and back to Australia was provided free of charge. This mitigated the expense of the repair, which given the extensive amount of damage that occurred when my 14kg speaker fell 60cm onto a hard surface, was reasonable. Repair turnaround time was shorter than I expected and the quality of the repair appears to be excellent. Overall, it has been a pleasure to deal with DEVIALET and I have been especially impressed with the communication and their involvement of the Customer at every step of the process. This is not a company that one has to chase for every bit of information and that is much appreciated.

Pros: Nothing similar like Devialet Mania. Since i got it everyone dances @ my barbecues & pool parties. Everyone asks how this tiny thing delivering that unstoppable, deep & powerful sound, especially outside, is just wizardry to me.
Cons:
1. I played a deep bass test song and the bass speakers just gave up working until i played something else. Feels like a decoder problem.
2. Their software forgets the device often. Feels like their head of software integration/decoding/firmware is someone's retarded uncle, they just can't get rid of.

Peter was great. Understood the problem and arranged to get it resolved quickly. Very efficient even over the holiday season. I’m very happy with his service.

Great email support, but the software of iOS app/speakers needs to be improved since many times it doesn't find the speakers and it's tricky to install and pair Phantom 1s.

Shanna from Customer care was extremely helpful and although initially there seemed to be no solution (as I am living in Thailand and there is only a local distributor but no dealership or service center) she would not give up to try and found a way to solve my problem - THANK YOU!!

Elles sont jolies rien à dire ! c'est pour cela qu'elles ont du succes
mais niveau son rapport qualité prix ... franchement il y a mieux
en ecoute en auditorium en comparaison avec des enceintes jean marie raynaud il y a pas photo ... le son des phantom est trop coloré par rapport a la belle neutralité des JMR !
mais le produit est jolie c'est clair mais pas fait pour des puristes du son !

Fast, friendly support. A bit pricey the solution, Phantom II not working got a new one sent for 350€.

Great customer service and resolution from Sharna. Replaced and upgraded my Geminis which are a great improvement on the previous model. This is a far better user friendly product.
