Bought a pc from Patrick about 2 years ago for trading and iracing. Has run flawless for 2 years. Had some problems with iracing the other night lagging. Sent him a message and he remoted onto my computer and fixed it for me in 10 minutes. Stand up guy and builds a great product.

We were in search of a PC with the highest specs and reasonable cost for our son on Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas, late at night we were lucky to find Custom Lux PC. We asked the ChatBot on the custom lux pc site a question, and to our surprise, the owner, Pat, responded. He not only responded, but walked us through the products and advised us to purchase something lower than our asked for pricepoint. Through the entire purchase process, Pat’s service was exceptional! He also ensured that the computer would arrive before Christmas Day. on arrival everything set-up perfectly. After purchase, We had an issue with our headset, reached out to Pat and he responded quickly. Our son says the computer is blazing fast with over 500 FPS (?) - thank you Pat for your outstanding product and service. Highest recommendation for custom Lux!

I’ll start by saying that Pat is one of the very best builders and an all around great person. If you’re looking for a custom PC, look nowhere else. You won’t be disappointed! He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always available despite working around the clock. I first reached out to him in September and we went over everything in detail. No matter what stage you’re at, he’ll take care of you. If you know exactly what parts you’re looking for, he’ll find a way to make them work. Otherwise, he makes great suggestions for first time buyers who don’t know as much.

When I was ready to start the build in October, he was very accommodating and finished within 2 weeks. Payment was easy (he accepts basically everything) and the PC was thoroughly packaged and protected during shipping. Overall, I’ve been very happy with it and will definitely return to Custom LUX in the future! Many thanks again Pat!

My experience was great, they took their time going over computers that would fit within My budget along with hearing what I was looking for in a computer. This is a company that does not try to upsell you at all Which is very appreciated when you’re not 100% sure what you’re looking for. Not to mention, they have great customer service that’s available to you. 24 seven and will even help you remotely if going to the store is too far. Pat went above and beyond in building my gaming pc and I received it a day earlier than expected. It was time for a gaming computer upgrade and a recommendation of Custom Lux caught my eye. Sent an email having an interest in a custom build and Pat was quick to respond. He sent a computer spec list that I felt comfortable with and kept me updated along the way. Computer arrived safely and I feel my money was well spent.
