I needed a high-quality computer at my given budget for my computational physics research as a PhD student and Pat went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy with my machine. He started by listing all the combinations of component options suitable for my needs and then had the PC built within a few days. As I was in the New Jersey area, he even personally delivered it to my place and helped to set it up. Pat is always responsive and eager to help - for example, when I later couldn't figure out how to change my fans' lighting settings, he went out of his way to come to my place and have a look.

Pat worked with me and gave me a time frame for what I wanted. It all came together and had great communication thru the whole process. Fast shipping.

If you’re in the NY/NJ area there’s free one day shipping and he’ll even come and service the computer for you or send someone out there to help if there are any problems, but can come with a service fee. He responds quickly and is open to help you with designing the optimal machine for your budget. Quick custom build and easy WiFi setup, easy to use first day and fast download speeds, as well as shutdown/bootup speeds.

Excellent communication. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped me optimize my build by replacing motherboard, re wiring my cooler (which was never set up properly to begin with), and adding strimer cables. Let me start by saying that I have been buying computers for about 20 years now. All from different retailers, PC builders, websites, etc.

I can save pretty confidently that Custom Lux Pc‘s is the best place that I have bought from. Let’s start with the basic sing that you should get from any business that you buy a PC from, professionalism and time efficiency.

Not only do they help you personally walk through the specific build that you want to accomplish, they will make suggestions and recommendations to help either optimize your build or save you money but still get the top performance that you could possibly get.

Secondly, the attention to detail and Care is 10 out of 10. There are various opportunities where if it was anyone else they would’ve upsold me and wouldn’t of bated an eye. I was told on various occasions,” you can purchase that if you want but I highly recommend this which will give you the same performance for a cheaper price”. I love it when business owners help me not only save money but make recommendations to optimize what I am purchasing.

What I can tell you is if you buy from a large retailer you will not get the experience that you can get here. Imagine buying a suit from men’s warehouse versus buying a suit from a customized Taylor shop. The Taylor shop is going to give you a in-depth personal experience uniquely geared to your preference. Men’s warehouse would give you an overall experience that is not focused on the Minute details.

If you want to skip everything I’ve said and just focus on this one sentence, I can say I will never buy from any other company again and I will be getting all of my PCs from here.

From knowing very little about computers and wanting to customize one. Was able to ask what I considered the dumbest questions and I was explained in full detail what everything was how it worked. Customer service was 10/10. Will be buying another soon.

Excellent builder. Very easy to work with -- communication was quick and we were able to find a build that worked for me. Easily the best customer service I've experienced. The machine itself is gorgeous and executed very well. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I was saving up for my first true tower PC for 10 months, and by the time I had the money for the PC I was aiming for, most places were either sold out of the components I wanted or individual sellers were selling CPUs and GPUs at scalper prices. I decided to take a risk with Custom Lux PC’s. Pat built me a very nice PC with the exact specs I wanted at a very fair price! Best thing about buying from him is the super quick customer service. He’s with you every step of the way.

Patrick is the man for all pc needs and wants. I promise If you want a pc go with custom lux pc you will get everything you need and ask for for a excellent price. I wasn't charged scalping prices for my rtx 4090. I parted everything out and it was going to cost more than what Patrick was able to do it for even after figuring in the normal price for a 4090 when they first released. His builds also look absolutely fabulous I am truly satisfied and in love with the pc.
