I was disappointed & unsatisfied with the service due to website limitation that lake of warnings or blocking scheme when the shipping through air mail to my country is restricted or not possible because of certain conditions, despite that ordering & payment phase passed successfully through the website

I have escalate the case & reached Mr. Eric, he resolve it with a proper solution < 24h, I am writing this update to express my thanks yo MODDIY to correct the situation in professional manner.
