Adam was extremely helpful. He rellieved my mind from thinking my computer was corrupted with Trojan malware. He was quick an gave my much good advice about what to tell the Spectrum Technician and what to do it to improve the performance of my laptop.

I'm on my third Vision Computer and I especially love their service. When I have a problem they're only a phone call away. They can fix it instantly or work on it while I'm doing something else. You'd be foolish to purchase a computer from anyone else, and if you're not a computer expert, use their support to save anxiety and distress.

My wired printer quit printing, and Sam was able to help me determine that the cable connection was no longer working. We decided to connect to the printer using Wi-Fi, and Sam made it happen quickly and accurately. This was another event that showed how well Vision Computers cares about its customers. The solution was easy and cost me nothing extra beyond my membership fee.
