CRUISE KINGDOM Arvostelua 

Having left a request for a call back and not getting one I rang the direct line number the next day, finally after 1 hour and 10 minutes someone answered and asked for the cruise Id code which I supplied and also explained that I required a quote for outside and balcony cabins, whoever I spoke to said they would look into this and give me a ring back and as to date I still haven’t heard anything! Reading reviews there is only reference to a Max and Andy! How big a concern is Cruise Kingdom? and even if it a small company run by a couple of apparently nice helpful guys don’t offer ring back service if you can’t back it up!!!

Max has booked a few cruises for myself and my sister, he is always very friendly and helpful and always remembers what we like and our needs 🙂

Had booked a cruise which was cancelled by cruise company, spoke to Bernie in customer services who put us through to Andy who sorted out an alternative cruise for us. Very efficient and helpful, great service.

Went on an asian cruise in January with ncl jewel for 19 days via cruise kingdom booking; was a bit apprehensive about booking with cruise kingdom but no problems at all absolutely brilliant, this was our 6th cruise with different ships through other companies; but we enjoyed this the best. We went all inclusive drinks and food; and everything was superb, can’t fault anything; staff on ship brilliant
You have to pay for your own taxis from airport to hotel and vice versa; and cruise ship to hotel and vice versa
We stayed in Bangkok for three nights first; then 11 days cruise to Vietnam ; Singapore then Malaysia, docked then 3 nights in kuala lumbar; all superb, just on the internet now to book with cruise kingdom for a cruise later this year; enjoy

Max was extremely helpful and went above and beyond trying to get us the best deal and the best available cabin

Booked a cruise which departed November 2024. Needed to move the dates due to a house move and the options and service I got were fantastic. We’ve been able to move our cruise to November 2025 without loosing any of our original deposit. Would highly recommend.

Max was very polite, friendly and professional, he took his time to cover all the aspects of my booking and ensured I understood everything in a respectful way. I needed to change my booking and he rang me back in a timely way and I everything got sorted.

Needed to change my cruise booking. Spoke to Matthew in customer services and he contacted Andy in new bookings who rang me and went through all our options so that I did not lose £2000 deposit. We eventually booked a cruise to Greece staying in Athens and then cruising. Andy was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to change our booking and ensure that we were happy.

I originally booked a cruise and paid my deposit. The problems then started when due to my son’s wedding (dropped on us !) I had to move my deposit to another cruise. All of a sudden the advertised price on any of their website cruises wasn’t available. In the end so we didn’t lose our deposit we had to choose a cruise with nearly a 2k uplift on the advertised price. When NCL got in touch to confirm our cabin etc, sure enough we have the very same basic cabin which CK said wasn’t available.
Cruise Kingdom aren’t interested and I can see the only way I’m going to get my uplifted money back is through the small claims court.

Update: Interesting response below - two thousand pounds to change flights 🤷🏼‍♂️
