If I could give no stars I would. Steer well clear. I’ve been cruising for over 15 years and have never come across such a heartless bunch of sharks before. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Even with seven months notice under catastrophic circumstances they will have zero understanding or empathy. Worst company I’ve ever been so unfortunate to encounter

Wow immediate response. And this in light of the fact that the cruise line themselves have cancelled the sailing, so no suppliers have been paid. It’s all cancelled.

Max is just so informative & helpful. we've booked other cruises with Max before & cannot fault the wonderful service we receive from him each time.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My mother's partner has fallen seriously unwell. In my Mum's distress she had let their travel insurance lapse. She called Cruise Kingdom about cancelling their planned trip, just to see if the elements she knew that Cruise Kingdom would be able to get money back on (part of the cruise costs and the taxes on the flights) could be refunded. She was met with aggressive rudeness that left her in tears. She wasn't asking for anything that would put Cruise Kingdom out of pocket, just for a bit of compassion. She was even told that if she tried to go on her own they would have to charge her more.

The loss of money is one thing, the aggressive cruelty at such a difficult time was just awful.

Professional, knowledgable and friendly service at a very competitive cost.

Rubbish company. I choose to pay for my holidays by credit card for the extra security. With this company, having paid the deposit on my credit card will not allow me to complete the payment by the same means. Having travelled all over the world and cruised many many times, I have never known this. As a customer I should be able to choose my own method of payment. Now I have been forced to use money that wish to leave in my bank account as it is Christmas and an expensive time of year to pay this instead. I certainly will not be using this company again

We are relatively new to cruising. First ever cruise 18 months ago. Max was very helpful. He shared his experience and knowledge of cruising regarding our chosen company/cruise.

Max made the experience seemless and was really helpful and knowledgeable and shared his relevant experience too which was reassuring. Cruised many times but first time using Cruise Kingdom, can only comment on pre travel experience at this time, but very happy and excellent service so far.

Max was very helpful and gave me all the information that i required. he also explained what i needed to know.

Cruise Kingdom were helpful and accommodating to meet our specific needs for our cruise. When we needed extra help their agent Andy pulled out all the stops to get us a great deal.

The representative, Max, exceeded my expectations and arranged a great holiday package for me and partner.

Max, his attention to detail, gave me confidence in the company. So much I booked our first cruise for 25 years.

Waited so long for the call to be answered so I requested a call back. I've done this twice and still no call back !! I wanted to book a 35 day cruise too !! I can't remember exact date I phoned. It was a few weeks ago.

Max, has great customer focused manners and remembers one's voice and requirements. A real credit to Cruise Kingdom. Ability to explain detail quickly and effectively without one losing the will to live.

Had an offer come through that seemed to good to be true, rang had to hang on as they were busy, Spoke to Max actually managed to get the offer as advertised, went through everything in full , even rang back having got us a free upgrade , totally satisfied would definitely, use them again

Max rang back not long after we requested it and clearly explained our options on the cruise we were interested in.
We had no problem booking the special offer and look forward to the cruise itself next year.

Asked for a call back about a holiday advertised via email as offer. Details provided for cabin type, then details provided with extra days added to allow stopover. Slightly additional price but reasonable so we booked. It couldn't have been any easier
