We thought it has been a very service the only negative comment we would have is in regard to the amount of packaging - each item is well protected and presented in its box but some of the packing is excessive in particular for the light bulbs.

Extremely poor customer service would not recommend buying from them again
I returned a door handle which I hadn’t used at all, was told it was scratched and they wouldn’t refund me and they still have the item. So basically they have stolen money from me. Dreadful. I will not be buying anything from this company again.

So responsive and very quick to replace items that were faulty. Fantastic products although beware of pricey bulbs if you are ordering small spots (mini LED GU10) as hard to get them elsewhere

Ce site est à fuir absolument! Les produits ne sont absolument pas qualitatifs. J'y avais commandé un butoir de porte, qui ne m'a finalement été d'aucune utilité. Lorsque j'ai voulu le retourner, le coût du retour (à charge de l'acheteur) + les frais de port initiaux (restant à la charge de l'acheteur) sont tellement prohibitifs que ça me coûtait "moins cher" de ne pas renvoyer l'article qui ne me convient pourtant pas du tout. Bref, très mauvais expérience client, et site à fuir comme la peste.
