Poor customer service with no solution
I bought wall plates, electrical sockets and detail kits to Sweden. Dimmers i received was apparently UK versions and did not fit the frame at all, which was nit clarified when ordered kn the website. Customer service ensured me I can return them in the store (which of course was not possible if you have purchased online I later learned in the store). Ended up having to buy additional "premium" dimmers for 3x the price (not sure why they are called premium, seems to be standard dimmers and no functional difference, and the more expensive ones i got was packaged in a plastic bag (not so premium) while the cheaper ones was packaged in a proper package).
Got home with the new dimmers that were supposed to fit, but now the detail kit does not have the correct thread.
I've ended up paying for at least twice the price i originally bought the kits for (and will probably be even more considering I have to book a new appointment with the electrician) and I still don't have a working solution.
I would not recommend if you want a hassle free solution.

Very disappointed with the brand
Very disappointed with the brand. As an interior design company specializing in high-end design, and considering incorporating their products, we requested a product exchange. The brand did not respond in any way to provide support or resolve the issue. Our previous clients had purchased their products directly. Their failure to resolve this issue on this project, which we managed entirely, has left us very disappointed and unlikely to consider incorporating their products into future projects.

Unfortunately, there is so much packaging. Our order came in batches extending the wait time between order and delivery beyond the listed time on the website. This meant we had to call back the electrician working on the job. They are yet to be installed as a consequence.
