Products are really nice, spent £7000 on switches and sockets on a re wire I am doing.
The issue I have with Corston is trying to speak with anyone that can assist you with any technical queries.
I Just wanted to clarify something with their dimming units (which are £50 a pop)
I brought about 30 of them.
1st conversation I had, I was told the technical person was on holiday, and the 2nd time I called, which was today, 3 weeks later, someone was very apologetic and said that they would get someone from technical to ring me within an hour, that was four hours ago.
So the after-care from Corston is pretty much non-existent.
You wouldn’t get this service from Forbes and Lomax.

Achtung, was sehr intransparent ist, dass bei einer Rücksendung 15 € anfallen. Die Qualität der Produkte ist durchschnittlich aber nicht den verlangten Preis wert. Man erhält einen Bastelsatz, der nicht einfach und nur mit einer schlechten Bedienungsanleitung einigermaßen nachvollziehbar ist. Das einzige hochwertige an diesem Produkt ist die Abdeckplatte. Der Rest ist günstige Baumarkt Qualität. Noch nicht mal die Schalterposition, ob Horizon oder vertikal kann individuell gestaltet werden das geht mit jedem Baumarktschalter nur mit diesen teuren Produkten nicht.
Für einen Schalter mit Steckdose hat man einen Karton voller Kartons, zwar alles Papier, aber viel Müll.

Ich werde das Produkt leider nicht zurückschicken, da ich dem Unternehmen nicht traue, dass ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Bevor ich lange hin und her schreibe, nehme ich lieber den Verlust in Kauf und habe dafür das Produkt anstatt beides nicht zu haben.

Service très réactif et professionnel. L’équipe a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et m’a même offert un kit supplémentaire gratuitement, ce qui est très apprécié. Le processus a été simple et rapide, je recommande vivement Corston pour leur sérieux et la qualité de leur service.

A company that positions itself as the one who has the best customer service in reality is a company that has a constant staff turnover with managers who don’t know what is happening with your order. Have a chain of 100 emails just to place few orders, always putting wrong items and its number. Had to spend weeks to get the correct proforma.

After sending the orders 2 times to the right address they somehow managed to put the wrong address for the third one (which is the old address of our design studio where we don’t work since 3 years). The packaging with a value of 1000€ was delivered to a random person of a random company, we had to go and search for that person and luckily our package was there. The company said they have no responsibility for the wrong delivery and that we had to check the delivery address (which is true but who could ever think that they would randomly put the wrong adress).

Also receiving bad reviews of the mechanisms quality from our electricians.

Not recommended and never returning to be their client.

Look nice but from an electricians perspective they are so poorly designed and in my opinion need to be redesigned, terminals are terrible, screws are worse.

Fantastic quality products. I have used the door handles, light switches, door hinges and door stoppers, and they have truly elevated the whole property with their high quality and weighty feel in antique brass. The customer service is exceptional. A really great company that I would recommend to anyone.

Just saw a YouTube ad for lighting fixtures and they all hank wonky and look awful!

À deux reprises, alors que j’avais fait des demandes par mail, les collaborateurs m’ont rappelé rapidement et par téléphone- ce que j’apprécie particulièrement.

Erreur dans ma commande sur un article, les produits que je reçois ont une couleur totalement différente que sur le site, je décide de renvoyer les produits et le service client ne font aucun geste, je dois payer 15€ pour retourner les articles. Pas cohérent avec l'image "haut de gamme" des produits, je ne recommande pas !!

Ordered a few dimmer switches and door handles and the quality of the product is very bad for the price you pay for it. The door handles do not sit straight, they are always lop sided and one of the dimmer switches failed after 3 weeks of use. My electrican said they were the worst quality dimmer modules you could buy ion the market.....will not be shopping again.

Just had to fit Corston sockets.switches and lights throughout a barn conversion. Never again. The 3 x 6 way light switches and one 8 way light all wired up and awaiting face plates. They have their own unique size back plate with nothing in big letters to warn you so now need rewiring with their back box after walls painted.
Recessed down lights have no earth terminal. Why not and Corston didn’t have a clue when I rang.
