Corston Architectural Detail Arvostelua

Excellent and amazing service

Super product and a fantastisch team for service. I had Some questions about the installation and I was helped directly and with a positive result.

I have bought a few items from Corston over the years and have always been happy. One light switch recently broke - I contacted Corston and within 48 a new light switch was delivered. Fantastic customer service and great products!

Material maravilloso. y servicio estupendo!

Great customer service. my package was stolen and they are sending me a new one

Excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful experience working with Corston. Their products are top of the line and look great in our home. We purchased all sockets, switches, handles, door knobs and lighting from them. We are very impressed by the quality and design of their products, and their customer service was great.

This company recently appeared on my radar, due to a developer I work with. I decided to order for my own home. The items are great quality. I will continue to use.

I never ever ever write reviews but feel compelled to this time.

Long story short - I got caught unlucky with a dodgy batch of various items (hardware and electrical) - across 4 orders.

Rather than brushing it aside - Corston were very quick to reply, send replacements and even cover the costs of the various tradesmen we had to keep calling out to refit.

On the basis of customer service alone I cannot rate them higher. As for the (working) items - they’re great and make our newly renovated house look amazing.

Shout out to Anna and Marcin for being fab!

Extremely high quality products, minor issue with delivery damage resolved over email within 2 hours new products sent. Marcin's communication very clear and comprehensive.

My partner and I recently visited Corston's showroom while on vacation in London and were absolutely delighted with the excellent customer service we received from Esther and Sherifa. As we are not based in the UK, there was an urgency to finalize our order and determine the most optimal and cost-effective shipping strategy (either shipping locally to our hotel in London or directly to our home country). Esther and Sherifa were instrumental in helping us with this, finalizing our order, and even expediting the trade account approval for our interior designer, which resulted in significant savings, all within two hours during our visit. Our products have since arrived safely in our home country in good order, and we're really excited for the installation. Esther and Sherifa went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and positive experience, and we are very grateful for their assistance.

I had a really great experience with Corston Architectural Detail. The products were exactly what I expected and the ordering process was easy and hassle-free.

Esther was fantastic to deal with. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions clearly, which made the whole process much easier.

Overall, everything went smoothly, and I’m very happy with both the product quality and the customer service. I’d definitely use Corston again.

The quality is amazing. The service from start to finish is impeccable. Luciana has been so helpful with all of my orders, answering any queries clearly and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Excellent customer service and high quality products
