Très bonne réactivité du service client chez Corston. J'avais des ajustements à faire suite à la pose par l'électricien et l'équipe m'a accompagné sur la nouvelle commande à passer. Ils m'ont même dépanné d'une pièce manquante (ou perdu par l'électricien). Leurs prises et interrupteurs sont juste magnifiques. Quand je pense qu'au départ le décorateur voulait mettre des prises Céliane !! Nous avons aussi mis des appliques Corston dans des SdB et Chambres.

Had an issue with some of their sockets which has only got worse over the years. But, contacting them 5 years later has resulted in them replacing the lot! So, thumbs up from a customer service point of view! Will look at

Shame about the returns process
Have used Corston a lot in the past, as their handles are well made. Ordered a sample handle which (lovely as it was) did not suit the project and tried to return it. The returns section of the website was not functioning and after getting somewhat exasperated with it customer services reached out to me with a fulsome apology and coverage of the return costs (which they didn’t have to do)
Thank you for restoring my faith in the quality of the service

Fast response and even quicker to resolve. My contractor lost the spindle for our recessed deadbolt. Customer service without question located the part for us and had it shipped out within hours.
