We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and that means we’re here for you well beyond the purchase and installation of your products. If you have an issue, we’ll put it right, right away – just give us a call or send us an email. Our main review platform is Judge.me, where we currently have around 3000 contributions (you can also find plenty of reviews on Google). We don’t regularly monitor Trustpilot, so if you leave a review here, we’re unlikely to read it immediately. At Corston, we focus on designing and engineering beautifully crafted, long-lasting hardware, lighting, switches and sockets from quality materials like solid brass. And we’ll always offer them to our customers in a transparent, accessible and friendly way.

The items purchased do not allow the wiring to fit so our electrician told us to send them back. Very poor and slow response from Corston asking me to pay for the return, I was due to order all my switches from there but following this experience will not.

Hi Aneisha,
Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please note that we are closed over the weekend, which may delay our responses during that time.
From our previous correspondence, it appears that the backbox is not being used for its intended purpose, which may be why the measurements are not suitable for your needs. For reference, all backbox measurements are listed on our website.
As the product is not faulty, any return requests would need to be processed through our website in accordance with our returns procedure.

Had an issue with a product
Had an issue with a product. I called them and they answered immediately, very polite, listenened to my concerns and sent out a replacement part immediately. A cut above the type of customer service you receive these days so I wanted to let others know - these are good people to buy from. Products are very nice too!

Bonjour,

Why I’ll always recommend Corston
I just wanted to say that every time I have any communication with anyone at Corston, normally the trade team, they are absolutely delightful. Always going above and beyond to make working with you simple and sophisticated.
Tonight at 5:29, I rang in the hope that I could order some hardware for a job we are installing on Friday. It was cutting it fine, and I knew that, but someone did answer the phone and he did take my order, which was incredibly kind of him, as I don’t think it was technically his job. His name was Adam Lane. (Thank you Adam)
I just wanted to say how grateful I am that he took the time to help. I run a small bespoke joinery firm those small touches of kindness and willingness to go the extra mile across the board (along with the amazing quality) are the reason I always recommend Corston to our clients!
