The ending was good.
The beginning was horrible. The original crew walked out.

I have contacted Mid Atlantic because one sump pump does not drain.
It is now more than half full and they assure me it will drain. That all sump pumps are different. And if they come out there will be a service charge.
It is very uncomfortable to keep a watch on the pump, to make sure it does not overflow. The second pump drains all the time, it is always completely dry.

A great company.They fulfilled all expectations & did superior installation work.

My basement is DRY, after the summer 2018 rains.

Very hard working crew they sent to do the work. This job is manual labor that is strenuous and dirty, it was hot outside but it did not deter them. The system was put to test shortly after finished by another 3 days of heavy rain, could not be happier and would recommend Mid Atlantic Waterproofing to anyone .

My basement has been bone dry since I had this done about 6 years ago.

We have not had any water problems since our French drain was installed around the outside walls. That was money well spent .

so far, so good. we've had some bad storms and haven't had a drop of water in the basement. It's a good feeling not to have to worry about how the basement is doing, as far as flooding goes.

So far, I have been happy with the work and it has held up well under an intensely rainy year. They work was also done quickly and the workers did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

I will say, I had a contractor come by after the work was done, and he was surprised that the salesman on the initial assessment seemed to ignore a lot of water risk areas around the house, inferring that they should have done a more thorough assessment (there were cracks around the outside of the house that weren't noticed that could let in water.)

But, I have not been happy with the service. I have been trying to get an operating manual for the sump pump installed since April (It's October now). It takes weeks to get a service appointment and, if my case, the last appointment made was not saved in the system and I had to wait another month to have someone come out. They really court you and talk about their service during the initial sales call, but once the work is done, they (pardon the pun) hang you out to dry.

Bone Dry
We had our basement waterproofed by Mid-Atlantic about 7 years ago and our basement has been "bone dry" since then. Prior to the waterproofing, we frequently had signicant water in our finished basement following heavy rains ( numerous times over the years) which had begun to threaten the structural foundation of our home. The efficiency and quality of the project from initial assessment to job completion was excellent and well worth the cost.

The work, once correctly scheduled and completed, was well done. But major issues with field tech accountability, lost documentation and poor follow-up. Had 2 techs come out, each time NO follow-up. Good reputation and they installed a french drain for me years ago, but my frustration almost pushed me elsewhere. Execs/Mgmt need to GET on the stick - as I'm sure their clueless!

So far, they have been excellent.

I was extremely satisfied with everything Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing did.

My basement used to flood every time it rained. Mid-Atlantic took care of the problem 6.5 years ago, and I haven't had a drop of water in the basement since them. Very happy!

VMid-Atlantic Waterproofing Company was very professional and Work was expedited!!!

My only complaint is how long it took for Mid-Atlantic to send somebody out here to fix my broken sump pump. It was about a two week wait. Fortunately, there were no violent storms during that period, or else we would have had real problems. Once the guy got here, he was great. In general, I've been extremely pleased with Mid-Atlantic.

Poor customer service response time, fail to return calls for repair service requests. Customer needs to be improved.

Two very hard working men completed the job.

I give a recommendation to all my friends that have water problems due to all the rain that we have been getting. So far my bacement has stayed dry and I am so thankful to God thatI had your Co. waterproof it. You really did do a good job. I did not get any water in with all the down pours and continuess ran fall that we have had in our area. Mr Paul Schwanger of Elizabethtown was given your name by me to go to his home and give him an estimate. Hope he called you.

had a few problems after the system was installed.
called the company with the problems we were experiencing.
on one occasions there was misunderstanding with the message we left.
however all issues were addressed in a timely manor.
