My 4th bike from them
It’s the 4th bike I’ve bought from Balfes and they were brilliant again. Matt in particular was so helpful and patient and his knowledge and advice were exceptional, someone who knows his stuff and is clearly passionate about what he does. Useful info but expensive compared to others
Useful info given at point of sale but wish I’d shopped around as by far the most expensive when compared to a similar local shop and main retailers, will do that next time before heading back.

New bike required.....
Had been looking for a new bike for some time. Had used Balfe's before and was really pleased with their service. Therefore, once I had decided my price range, had no hesitation on returning to them. I had my previous bike delivered and set up at home. This time I chose to collect, and it was just as easy as having the previous one delivered. Also enjoyed a very pleasant 25 mile ride home.

Well done Matt on finding me a great bike!
Have you given full credit to Matt for helping source a new bike with very little notice. Despite Trek showing a bike in stock which we ordered, it didn’t exist despite paying the deposit. When advised it was not available Matt had the solution and sourced a replacement bike which turned out to be much more suitable for my needs.
Little bit of internal confusion between staff at Balfe’s about delivery…but Matt & Simon got it sorted for me!
