Balfe's Bikes - Reigate Arvostelua 

Bought a bike from an online retailer and it wasn’t built properly so went to Balfe’s to get it sorted.

Balfe’s in Reigate fixed the various issues with the bike and were really helpful and knowledgable and I would use them again.

I recently had to take my bike into Balfe’s in Reigate for an issue I couldn’t resolve myself that developed on a ride. Despite the workshop being busy, Will was able to take the bike in and resolve the matter which required input from Trek and I had the bike returned the following day.

A great team of enthusiasts — friendly, professional, and incredibly patient while helping me choose my bike. Huge thanks to Tony for his knowledge and experience, and for setting the bike up exactly to my requirements. He also took care of swapping over parts from my old bike, including my tuned forks and brakes.

Shout out to Simon and Emma as well for making the whole purchase and handover process seamless. The post-sale support has also been excellent when I’ve needed help.

I ordered a bike to be collected from the Reigate store. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Brought my daughters bike here last October, she's had an absolute blast on it. Bike was involved in a roof rack malfunction. Booked in for a full overhaul asap. Had her back in the saddle overnight.

Great support from the team at Balfes Reigate in sorting out the new bike I wanted. They even ordered in the two colours for me to decide which I wanted. Top class bike shop service.

I showed up at opening time, 9am on a Monday morning, for a click and collect - helmet for son's birthday. The team were all busy but I was welcomed in with a smile, and the guys all appeared cheerful and helpful. The store is neat and tidy with a good range of bikes at vary price points. It doesn't feel cluttered but it's well stocked. Thanks guys.

Big thankyou to all at Balfe’s . I collected my new Trek Checkpoint plus last week and couldn’t have wished for more friendly and informative service from fitting little extras, to checking and adjusting tyre pressures to suit my weight and setting up the app while running through e-bike computer and controls.

Excellent customer service. Good to meet James again.
