Excellent service

I bought the Condor Pioggia Deep Drop brake calipers because I wanted to replace to replace the Campag/Shimano (front/rear) that I was using on my Spa Audax bike. The new silver calipers were bought for a good price and easy to connect. In operation they work well and look good on my bike too.

There was one slight glitch with the international shipping. I contacted Condor and they immediately got involved and expedited a new shipment to me. Fantastic customer support!

We had a few hurdles and blips with the bike (Brompton G Line) from new which involved several people and companies external of the Condor shop. Jaz in particular and Greg and the team were exceptional with knowledge, communication and support to me and offering recourse to sorting out solutions. Stellar efforts team, really appreciate it, it was a pleasure speaking with you all, albeit over challenges!

I made an order with Condor Cycles from the Netherlands, and got served as promised at the stated price with all the customs duties included and delivery price cheaper than it would cost me to get from a village nearby. The quality of the bottom bracket that I ordered is perfect. I really enjoyed the selection on the website. The only improvement I can think of it the amount of time it takes from order to shipment: it took a while. The shipment itself was quite fast. Overall, if they serve everyone as me, it shall not take more than a week and a half. Good store - really recommend!

I am a 63 year old experienced recreational cyclist who sometimes does sportifs. After my fixie bike broke, I needed a bike that I could ride through the winter and which was less aggressive than my 15yr old Time carbon race bike. I plan to still be riding the new bike through my 70s.
So I wanted something with relaxed geometry, modern, reliable and a bit ‘timeless’. Condor guided me towards the steel-framed Fratello disc. I matched this with a Chorus groupset (my race bike is also Campag) plus hand built alloy wheels with mudguards to cope with the rough country lanes where I live.
I did a bike fit in the shop as part of the ordering process. I was glad I did this and felt I was listened to and well advised on the set-up.
To ride, the Fratello is clearly not as lively or light as my race bike, but it zings along really comfortably and handles with a ‘solid’ quality. The groupset feels very familiar and just works. The wheels have 32mm tyres which are wider and cope noticeably better with road conditions than the 25mm I am limited to on the Time. One learning was not to try summer race tyres for winter, thorn-infested local road conditions. Obviously.
I’m really happy with the bike, it is a pleasure to ride. Many thanks to Condor. Oh, and I think it looks great.
