I recommend this company, they offer good price in comparison with other websites. Delivery was within the timeframe indicated in the confirmation email. Their customer service is good as well. What is important to know about this company is that they are based in Germany, so the package has to go through customs and the tracking will show 'label created' status for good few days without any updates until the package reaches UK. I was not aware of this and contacted Alpintrek via email when the status had not changed for few days, they initially sent automated email with template answer but next day it was followed by a bespoke email addressing my concerns. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

Was nervous to order after receiving the reviews but the customer service were super friendly when I raised a concern after hearing about their delivery times but it came super fast! No issues at all and can’t fault.

I would give five stars. Prompt delivery, garment packaged well and arrived intact. Very happy with purchase. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Great company, competitive price. Very well packaged. Germany offer a service called Trusted Shops, which gives you peace of mind and a refund, if a parcel isn’t delivered. My gripe is that Amazon delivery pushed back on the delivery date. It took 9 days.

Abysmal customer service, my goods have still not arrived after over two weeks despite having allegedly been collected by the courier within a couple of days of placing my order. I’ve received no replies to my emails other than from an automated bot. Steer clear of this company!

I would have expected an .uk.co to be uk based. However delivery quoted as 6_8 days and when finally notified as despatched via Amazon logistics their tracker so just stated at airport customs and delayed 20 days from order placement no delivery and no update from Amazon logistics I cancelled order and await refund . Can't review product as never received.

I like the pants ,looking for a long time for them.

I am slim, tip point , although I am Medium size I had to order L size , a bit of cost , but L fit me perfect and allows me to have a very thin per of leggings. I did not use them yet, but I feel it would a good choice to purchase them.

Website was easy to use, a product telephone query promptly answered and dealt with by a very knowledgeable person. Ordering, updates, tracking and delivery were all faultless.

Refunds seem to take forever and only processed when chased! It’s alarming when I returned my order over 2 weeks’ ago.. and no communication or refund!
Otherwise all ok, a variety of suppliers and quality goods but took a while for delivery and, unfortunately, an open ended refund process!

I ordered a £133 North Face Jacket for winter Hiking. The parcel never arrived however Amazon shipping marked it as delivered. I contacted Alpintrek to see where my order was, they told me it would arrive within another 4 days. By this point I had already been waiting 7 days. After the 4 days I chased again and got no reply. I’ve chased everyday since and been ignored by Alpinetrek. We are now on day 16 since I ordered and still no jacket. I had to order elsewhere for more money but it arrived on next day delivery. I’m not sure if I will ever receive the item or a refund as the company just ignore you. Avoid them and pay the extra to a reputable company to ensure you get your item. Customer service does not exist at Alpinetrek.

Very quick delivery. Ordered on Sunday, arrived Friday the same week. Well packaged. Lovely coat, good value.

they have just taken down my review on their website! not cool. They refuse to refund a package that was dumped outside my property! They send a picture that proved it was outside the my gates in the sidewalk. a thief stole it now they won't answer my emails because they do not want to refund my money.

They need to charge the couriers for unsafe delivery location! i wont buy again until i get my refund!

I bought Mammut boots for my partner at a good price, but I chose the wrong size. I returned them and, at the same time, ordered a second pair. The whole process took a bit longer, but it went smoothly. The packaging was excellent.

The fleece I ordered from Alpine Trek is better than I expected. It keeps me warm and also has a hood which is useful as it often rains. It replaces two fleeces because I only need one now and the other two are being donated to charity.

Ordered some climbing shoes, took a while to be dispatched which was expected. Once dispatched, the delivery tracking was useless for days until it was close to being delivered, and delivery took 7 days. The happened on my last order too, the Amazon delivery service is rubbish.

Very happy with my experience with Alpinetrek UK. Prices are very competitive and, importantly, the selection is wide, with good availability across sizes, unlike some sellers who offer discounted prices only when very few sizes remain. Free shipping is also a big plus, and the customer emails keep you well updated. I appreciated that they are signed by the manager, clearly automated but still a nice personal touch.

The parcel seamlessly arrived at the lower end of the stated delivery window, exactly as promised.

The only minor warning is about tracking. The delivery service shows “label created” for most of the journey. It turns out that tracking only becomes active once the parcel reaches the UK. This is not stated explicitly, so for a while it can feel like the package has not shipped at all. Combined with a naturally longer delivery time due to shipping from the continent (clearly stated) and the possibility of customs delays (not my case), I would only not recommend it if you have a strict deadline or urgent need.

That said, this was not an issue for me and overall the service was excellent. I would happily order again.

No problems with these guys. Ordered a jacket and it took about 2 weeks to arrive so just factor that in. It comes from Germany.

The reviews on here made me expect the worst so I properly stressed them out with loads of messages.

Yes their comms is abrupt
Yes the item will sit at “awaiting pickup” for a few days

But what arrived was packaged really well and was a great price. Really happy.
