The item received said pannier bags on the box but contained children's walking shoes. In email correspondence, I asked for a FULL refund incl postage, as the mispick was their fault. The responses back were vague at best. The shoes were sent back well over a month ago now - they've confirmed receipt and that they were on way to Germany from the UK centre - but still no refund.

I was going to place an order for replacement panniers from here but I won't. I also will never consider them for any other purchases. The price was good, but service rather less so.

Sportshoes.com suggested there was a drop off point in Market Harborough. However, never had instructions to check local drop off was actually with spare space, and it didn't have it. I'd have thought these things were collected from as soon as full but I ended up doing a 10 mile round trip to Desborough to drop off. As was same price as Royal Mail, I know which I'd used next time even if I do need to print a label with them.
