We are sorry that the delivery took longer than expected. Unfortunately, our shipping partner experienced a high volume of packages at this time.

Regarding the communication, our system shows that you received automated emails but did not reply to them. When a reply is sent directly to that automated email, the request will be automatically forwarded to our support team so that a colleague can continue to assist you. Creating new requests instead will trigger a new automated message each time.

We have now reviewed your case and compared the photos you provided with your order. The delivered item matches the product that was ordered. If the item does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it for a refund by following the return instructions under www.alpinetrek.co.uk/return/. Please ensure that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached so that a refund can be processed.
