Hi Robert, I’ve taken a look into this and can see your email was replied to within a couple of hours on March 5th, so it may be worth checking your spam or junk folder in case this was missed.
Your call also came through on a Saturday, when our customer service team aren’t in the office. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, which is when we’re available to assist over the phone.
We’re very much up and running as normal. If you’re still having trouble with your reward code, just drop us another message and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service, you don't reply to emails for days to deal with real customer issues, but still manage to post plenty on social media Facebook, Instagram etc in the last 24 hrs?? Your allocation of staff and priorities should be to deal with your actual costumers first, surely!
The order was supposedly dispatched Monday on a next day delivery according to your email, now five days later, no package, no update from you or your courier and no reply to my email from days ago?
Can your service get any more patheticly nonexistant?

Blah blah blah blah, bottom line you did not despatch the item when you were meant to, I received an emailed that it had been despatched on time, you did not inform me of any delay with the order at any point until after I emailed you, and now your making excuses about when I contacted you? I should not of had to contact you! If there is any problem with the delivery, why was I not informed! Deflecting costumer service BS at its finest!!

We can see your email came through at midday on Thursday, and you received our automatic reply confirming that a member of the team would respond within two working days. That particular week we were reduced on staffing, and as our Customer Experience team works Monday to Friday, your email was responded to on Monday, as we do not operate over the weekend.
We also note that this review was posted on Saturday, which was less than two working days after your original email.
We do aim to respond within 12 hours during the working week. However, during peak periods it can take up to two working days, which is why this is outlined in our automatic acknowledgement.
Your query has now been responded to, and we hope the update provided on Monday has clarified the situation. We’re sorry again that this experience left you frustrated.

I bought a helmet, and it was delivered in a paper bag.
A helmet, that meant to help you from an impact, to potentially save life was sent to me in a paper bag. It could have been dropped to tarmac or bumped and roughly handled by delivery company. Packaging should be better for things like helmet.

I ordered the Osprey Sojourn Shuttle 130L bag that will be fantastic on my trips to the cold regions where a lot of gear is needed.
The price at Trekitt as very good, as were the on-line reviews of their service and so I decided to order for the first time.

Great prices and items, good delivery options!
I started ordering from Trekkit last year and have found the process very easy and smooth. I can order to be picked up at my local DPD collection point which is great. Prices are competitive with both sale and promotions. I also like the rewards program they offer, although I have not yet used my points yet - saving them up at the moment.
Have managed to get some great bits of kit at good prices, including a Fjallraven fleece and a Black Diamond sun hoodie which was amazing on a three week trip, practically lived in it!
As another reviewer posted, I enjoy watching Trekkit's YouTube channel, would recommend. Great mixture of technical infomation presented in an simple and engaging way.
Will definitely order again soon, thanks Trekkit!

Reeking of indifference
I selected and paid for next-day delivery when ordering from Trekitt, but due a glitch on their website, my order was processed as a 3-5 day service, which I only noticed after checkout.
As the trousers were urgently needed for an overseas trip, I contacted customer services straight away.
First response said ‘nobody else had had this experience’ re not getting next day service when clicking on relevant button on their website, thus rendering my experience ‘invalid or inaccurate’.
Second response was equally unhelpful and non-committal, offering no real solution other than returning the item if it arrived late — or not at all.
The lack of accountability and indifference I experienced from this company’s customer service team means I won’t be ordering from this company again.

We are sorry that this situation caused frustration, especially with the order being time sensitive for an overseas trip. We completely understand how important next day delivery can be in that scenario.
To clarify, delivery services can only be selected during checkout. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping method. By the time you got in touch with us, the item had already left our warehouse, which limited the options available to our team at that point.
Our customer service team is always here to help and to work through issues where possible. They do their best to investigate and offer solutions within the options available, but it can be difficult to fully resolve a problem if a conversation is cut short. We always aim for calm, two way communication so we can reach the best possible outcome together.
I am sorry that your experience with us did not meet the standard you expected on this occasion.

Would just like to let everyone know about the fantastic service I have received with treckitt.co.uk.
I received confirmation for my order (Rab Hoody) 1225hrs yesterday, I opted for next day delivery option for £4.99, at 1254hrs I received an email from the warehouse with the invoice and at 1302hrs-less than 40 mins from ordering I was informed by email that the item was on its way.
This morning I received the item which I am extremely happy with. Thanks to Trekitt for a a super efficient service, larger retail companies should take note and I will be highly recommending Trekii to friends and family, and will definitely be using Trekitt in the future.

I’ve been an online customer of Trekitt for a number of years -they’re a fantastic company to deal with.
They stock great brands at fantastic prices and delivery is quick and hassle free. I’d love to visit their bricks & mortar store in Hereford, but I’m on the other side of the country. They have a YouTube channel where they demonstrate outdoor gear and I find these excellent buying guides. There’s no click bait, no ‘must haves’ , just down to Earth solid advice on best uses and fit of clothing / sizing.

Have bought two pairs of Scarpa boots, two Rab jackets and a Montane hat from here, prices were competitive, delivery was super fast and when I had a query they took time to explain things promptly.
