Ordered a SIM - did not recieve with-in 24/48 hours
Ordered a SIM on the 25/10/2025 to change phone provider, chased on the 27/10/2025 and told it had been dispatched and would arrive in 24 hours. Chased again on the 29/10/2025 and told it hadn't been dispatched as previously advised due to supplier difficulities. They did offer to get another SIM sent, but as it was my first interaction with Lebrara it wasn't a good start, so decided to cancel the contract and go elsewhere.
Update: the Lebara SIM arrived this afternoon 30/10/2025, however, was too late as I had already found an alternative supplier, whose SIM was delivered by DPD this morning. I have returned the Lebara SIM back to the fulfilment centre by signed for post. I have increased my orginal two star rating to three star rating as the SIM did eventually arrive, and has been difficult to ascertain who has been at fault Lebara or Royal Mail.
Updated 6/11/025: Refund not recived, spent time again this morning with an agent on chat to resolve. They tired to order another SIM for me, which I didn't ask for ? The previous SIM was returned to the fulfilment centre with a covering letter, I know it was recieved as it was tracked and signed for. Recived an e-mail this morning asking me to activate it ? - It never ends !
Downgraded the star rating to one from three due to the ongoing issues
