Quick responses to a warranty claim. I enjoy using the straighteners and get good results from them so was disappointed when they broke. I went through the warranty claim and the whole process was straight forward.

Emailed Remington with my issue, this was resolved in three days. Very fast service

After a purchase on iBOOD, the shaver broke.
IBOOD sent me to Remington and vice versa. Remington in the end perfectly solved the problem, perfect.

IBOOD sold me a six year old shaver!

I replaced my cordless Remington Lady shaver model WDF4840 with the same one as I had been happy with it until the battery wasn’t holding a charge but it was 6 years old. The new one arrives from Amazon promptly & was great. A couple of months later I was using the shaver & felt it pinch my skin, it caused a couple of red marks, thinking it was something I’d done I continued to shave my legs until I felt scratching when I looked my legs & knees were scratched. I took photos & contacted Remington via their website. I had a reply within 2 days, answered a few more questions & sent photos. Again, I heard back in a couple of days offering to send me a new razor free of charge. I can’t fault the customer service & the speedy resolution by Alex C. It was nice dealing with the same person throughout the issue. Would definitely recommend Remington.

Received my new razor a week or so ago. During the 1st time I used it the head fell off, (possibly damaged in transit)
After contacting the help desk they have sent me a brand new replacement.
Turned round in under 5 days

On emailing Remington about an issue with my Nano nose & ear trimmer, they asked for some information so they could assess the best way of helping me. It was done in a very customer friendly way and simple to deal with. Once that was received they got back to me a few days later, informing me that it wasn't in a useable condition and that they would send me a replacement. I was very happy with the support and attitude shown to me throughout the process and the politeness of the customer services team member.

My Proluxe heated rollers failed to heat. I had had these for three years and they were still under warranty. I made a claim to Remington and after supplying all the information they asked for, they sent me a replacement set. Remington give good guarantees on their products.

I experienced malfunction with the rather expansive shaver. Upon contacting customer service their engagement was swift, consistent and helpful. I had UK based customer service with the same person managing the query. No quibble support with replacement item was accepted. Happy shaving!

I had Ana handling my complaint and she did ask all the necessary questions and wanted the details of my purchase - as it was a present I had no receipt but had registered it when received.
The study by Remington was quite comprehensive including videos and pictures however at the end they replaced my shaver as it was a dud!
Ana was indeed looking out for Remington but alls well that ends well.

They have a horrible return policy and took over a week to assist me via email. Their website is buggy, incomplete, and full of broken links. Never again.

Excellent service, answered email very quickly. Offered replacement shaver to replace the one that failed within the 2 year guarantee period.

Trouble with my Shaver. . .an easy process to contact Remington under Guarantees. A few emails & some info with photos. . .and Remington are going to provide a new replacement shaver. Friendly, Professional Service.

Mein Haarglätter ließ sich auf einmal nicht mehr einschalten. Der Kundendienst war hier sehr höflich und hat sehr schnell reagiert. Die Lösung: ich bekomme einen Ersatz-Haarglätter.
